I don’t really do reviews often, but we had a really poor experience. When we came in, one of the ladies was loudly gossiping about customers and complaining about her job. They couldn’t accommodate my request for heavy whip instead of whole milk, which isn’t wrong…it’s just frustrating. The reason they said I couldn’t is because it’s “too expensive”. Many coffee shops charge me extra for this option because of the expense, but I’ve never been told I couldn’t order that way- as long as I was willing to pay extra. The biggest issue though was that the coffee was really bad. We were disappointed, because our lattes just tasted like warm milk. I will say, the cups were full and the milk foam was well done! I think they just really need to work on their customer service and coffee strength. Or maybe it was just a bad day? Hopefully this is constructive feedback!

I was really impressed with our coffee from The Gaebler! They also had baked goods and other refreshments available. Super friendly, helpful staff when we arrived and had no idea what we had walked into
