Our Gluten Free journey began in 2012 when a Gluten Intolerant diagnosis was made for 2 people in our family. It was the beginning of a significant shift in our lives. I was challenged with combining my passion for cooking and baking with a whole new set of tools and rules. For all of us on this journey together, it’s absolutely amazing how many things contain GLUTEN! In some things it’s blatant and obvious, in many others it’s hidden and sneaky. And so we researched, we learned, we experimented. We failed, we succeeded…and we continue to grow – always striving for excellence in all we do.

I drove a few hours to pick up a birthday cake for my grandmother which was beautiful. When I was there I ended up getting a peice of banna nut bread and an
everything bagel.
The banna bread was moist and not to sweet. The bagel had that signature chew and plenty of seasoning. I also ordered a almond milk iced latte. The latte was very smooth and not bitter at all. On top of all that the service was kind and personable.

My mother in law got a lemon blueberry cake from the G Free Spot in Hilton Head Island for my bridal shower! They made it exactly like the pictures we showed, turned out absolutely beautiful! Everyone at the shower RAVED about the cake and how amazing it tasted, one of the best cakes all of us have ever had! My fiance isn’t the biggest cake fan but had two slices! I can’t say enough about how amazing this family owned business is, the sweetest people! We will be getting more cakes from here in the future! Highly recommend going to see all they offer 🙂

One of the best breakfast places ive been to. Any vacation we go to we try to find a local gluten free spot for my wife and this place may be the best. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They had tons of gluten free options but also had plenty of regular options. The pastries were amazing and a huge variety.

My hubby found this spot & surprised me when we were on vacation. I had an amazing first time experience!
For starters, it is very clean. The owner is super friendly. And the products are amazing!
I couldn’t pick just one item, so I selected a Double Fudge Brownie, Scone, Chocolate Chip Cookie and Granola.
I was supposed to be eating the Brownie there, but tasted hubby’s Chocolate Cheesecake. That was a mistake for him, because I could not stop eating his!
That Cheesecake was the best! Next time, it will be at the top of my list!
It was very creamy, not overwhelmingly sweet or rich. The flavor profile was perfect!
The Granola made it home and we enjoyed it as a topping for Yogurt.
This is a must for our next visit to Hilton Head & I highly recommend it to gluten free lovers.

Absolutely wonderful cafe. My wife and daughter were so happy to find this. Gluten intolerance is not fun, so needless to say, this cafe was so much fun for them.
We ordered lemon bars, red velvet & carrot cupcakes. The coffee and cappuccino were also great. The staff behind the counter was courteous and helpful with the selections.
This is overall a great bakery and cafe. Even if you aren’t gluten intolerant or living gluten free you should stop here, it is great place.

The gluten free treats are exceptional at the G-Spot! The service is always warm and welcoming. And we have been ordering birthday cakes here for the past few months and love them. Highly recommend paying this spot a visit. The atmosphere inside is pretty in and out. It’s not somewhere I usually seek to hang out and stay and typically just take my stuff to go.

So happy we found this cute cafe! My daughter, who is celiac, and I stopped here at the end of our visit to Hilton Head, as we were leaving to drive back home. So many options and all gluten-free, which is such a delight!! Everything looked good, it was hard to choose!
The staff were all super-friendly and patient as we mulled our choices since there were so many. My daughter had the GF breakfast bagel sandwich. They offered me a regular one that they could prepare in a separate kitchen but I declined and got the GF frittata instead. All delicious!
We took home a variety of baked goods as well. My daughter especially liked the carrot cake-red velvet cupcake and the coffee cake. But they were all so good! Can’t wait to come back here next time we are in Hilton Head!

This was a wonderful find for my family while visiting on vacation. A family owned bakery with dozens of gluten free options as well as some gluten-containing options for those who do eat gluten. The staff were incredible & the cinnamon rolls were even better.

Two of my family members are gluten free. We were pleased to be able to get them some Christmas pastries they could enjoy. 2 of the 3 cases were gluten free. Their gluten free chocolate chip muffins & cinnamon tiles tasted good. Their non-gluten free cannoli was good but the filling could have been creamier.
