I’ve been to the Fud Hub twice now and let me tell you, it is so delicious. The first time I went I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was tender, the peppers were grilled perfectly, the cheese was creamy, but the showstopper was the bread. It was so soft and slightly sweet. I think they grilled it with some garlic butter because every time I took a bite, some butter oozed out of the sub in the best way possible. It was a 10/10 for me!
The second time I ordered the cheesburger with everything on it. Also delicious! It’s a pretty large size and I love that the cheese was perfectly melted. There’s nothing worse than ordering a cheeseburger with the cheese slightly cold. The fries on both entrees are very well seasoned and compliment the food well. They’ve made a returning customer out of me!

I brought my family here after Door Dashing, it did not disappoint. My daughter and wife loved it as well! The overall atmosphere is peaceful, customer service is great, and last but not least the food IS phenomenal
The wings and fries (Nashville Hot) are far better than Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop in my honest opinion, coming from a huge wings fan.

Wayyy too much money & the food was not it. Got a wing basket with fries. Tried Lemon & Buffalo flavor for the wings. Something tasted off. We also ordered the Cajun pasta that should have came with shrimp, crawfish & sausage. There was no sausage. The shrimp was cut up pieces. The shrimp pieces & crawfish tails tasted like it was frozen. This place is not it especially for how much they charge. Won’t be back!

The guy that took my order didn’t offer any change and my change was .98. The food was good except to chicken tasted like turkey and kinda old the fries were perfect. They weren’t nasty just not what I was expecting when I ordered chicken.

This was my first time here, the service was OUTSTANDING and both gentleman were more than happy to help. The food came out quick and everything was fresh and hot and made to order. The burger was by far the best I’ve had in a long time, the fries were slightly over seasoned but still fresh and good. Overall good experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something new.

I try not to give negative reviews out to food trucks because I know they depend heavenly on reviews because they are a mobile food provider but I feel I do have to be honest with my experience at this truck. The service was okay, not bad, prompt and it didn’t take long for my food to be prepared and made. It was the quality of the food itself. The shrimp had gone bad and you could smell it from two food trucks down. I parked a bit away so I had to walk from my vehicle back to their truck to get my order. I smelled disgusting, like the shrimp had been expired for days or like shrimp that had been left out of the fridge all day and night and simply gone bad. I had already paid nearly $17 with tax and didn’t want to be rude by simply asking for my money back. I did accept the shrimp basket and placed it in my car. It didn’t take long for me to make it home to throw it away but the rotting shrimp smell took 4 days and a paid deep clean to get out of my car. I don’t know how often they change out their shrimp, if the switch out their shrimp with a new batch of it has not been used or if they just keep the same batch for months at a time, freezing it, thawing it out for the day and refereeing it, but I would not recommend the shrimp to anyone due to the intense fishy smell you’ll experience from it. I’m hoping that this was an isolated experience and that this isn’t the norm. While I ordered, they did mention their wings and sauces so maybe the wings are what sell the most and are primarily a fan favorite. Due to my experience however, I won’t be returning to this truck.

Jay, you’re service was outstanding. Typically a food truck operator does not come out to serve your meal but this is not your typical food truck. My son and I ate to our hearts content. The loaded shrimp & crawfish fries were packed with flavor. The Philly cheesesteak was amazing, chef’s kiss. Well done sir! We will be back.

It’s mediocre, maybe it was what I ordered however for the price it’s a bit underwhelming ; nearly 19$ for loaded fries which comes in a medium to go box. The fries aren’t seasoned much or at all, velveta cheese poured over it, and seems like HEB peeled crawfish tail. Kinda just salty and cheese flavor, they should maybe add sauce into the loaded fries ( Crazy Sauce, BBQ or Sweet Heat ) it would help off set the cheese and salty;
Cool place, I dig the design but yea the price isn’t really it; for the location.
The neighboring stands have better pricing but I was just too hungry to go truck to truck.
