I told the lady that my order was incorrect right after ordering and she told me that they already fixed it and pretty much had to take it as is, even though it wasn’t my mistake on the order. The two guys “cooks”in the back were laughing and kept looking at me instead of trying to correct the situation. It was so unprofessional. I was very nice about it and it didn’t matter. It’s like they did it on purpose. If my order was already made why did it take 15 min to receive my order.
I ordered chicken tenders NOT chicken wing combo.

January 4, 2026, 3ish pm. Seven employees standing near two checkout registers, two of them managers (one manager had a black top and black pants on, the other one was wearing a black and white blouse with black pants on). No one checked me out after standing waiting for almost 10 minutes. One of the managers advised one of the workers to take my order. She said it twice, about to tell her for the 3rd time before the employee moved to take my order. My order was placed to dine in. I was given a buzzer and receipt. I fixed my soft drink at the fountain and waited about 8 minutes in the seating area. I went to the pickup counter with my buzzer (it never buzzed) and receipt after waiting noticing what appeared to be my order sitting in the serving window. I stood at the counter 8 minutes no one ask me if I needed help or anything in reference to my order either. I stood and watched my food in the serving window for 6 minutes before the manager removed it placing it on a black serving tray on the counter of a hot lamp. Still the manager did not ask me of my order placed or anything as I continued standing at the pickup counter. I waited about 5 more minutes watching all the employees and looking at the order. I then went closer to the manager at the counter and advised I have a dine in order for #3. She replied when dining in someone suppose to bring it to you once the buzzer goes off. Remind you, my buzzer never went off and I stood there looking at my food the whole time. My food went from the serving window to underneath a heating lamp. It was already in the serving window when I noticed while sitting down unknown of how long it had already sat there. I received my food from the unconcerned manager and went to take a seat. While sitting in their dining area for 40 minutes no one ever came by the table to check on me as she advised employees comes to the dining floor. Never happened. My food was very greasy. Grease sitting on the top of food. Management very unprofessional. No one wanted to work. Everyone moving like snails and just standing looking around. No communication with customer as customers are not awaiting services. Employees do what their management does. Very poor services.

I visited this restaurant Saturday. I ordered 2 of the $12 January specials. However, there is no such thing on the register for the employees to select. Therefore, according to one young lady, they were told to ring it up as one of the meals that costs $14.99. That posed a problem since there was not an option for the $12.00 special. The Manager Bryant, who was very polite, came out to correct the issue. However, the discount was only taken off of 1 of the 2 orders. Taylor, the cashier who was very personable and professional and gets a 5/5 requested for Kyra to come to the front. She came out with a bad attitude and said “Well, all I can do is take off another $1.00.” I said, “No ma’am, the special is $12 each. It rang up for $14.99 and Bryant only took off $3.00 as he may not have heard that there were 2 orders.” Kyra huffed and puffed, walked away while taking off something from around her neck and asked Taylor to swipe her card. Kyra then corrected the check, handed it to me and said “sign this.” I did. She said something to the cashier and walked off. My mom and I were talking to someone at a store in Germantown about the service that we received. The lady that we were speaking with frequents the restaurant. She described Kyra so accurately and stated that she always has a “nasty attitude.” Kyra’s attitude has to improve if she continues in customer service. Otherwise, it doesn’t seem to be an environment that is conducive to her personality. Kadeisha (sp) was kind and even brought the food out to us. The food was fresh and had a good taste. It would have received higher stars if the bread wasn’t so soggy from the amount of slaw and sauce that was put on it. That wasn’t Kadeisha’s fault as she was working the register, not in the kitchen. If there is a next time, I’ll just order the slaw on the side. The beverage choices were also minimal. I live over 5hrs away. Because of Kyra’s service alone, it is unlikely that I’ll return or recommend this place to anyone..

I’ve read a lot of comments on here about this place. Been here twice once last night and another last year. Food was quick, hot and flavorful. Service was excellent.

I come and order here if everything else is closed, but the last 3 visit were WELL below subpar. For some reason, they forgot my chicken strips orders both times($26) and ice cream was only goven one time and the other time was missing. Hald the time the items on the menu are out of stock, so its a hit or miss.
Finally its the honey butter biscuits, when served properly, they are to die for. But lately it tastes like they dumped used grease with some sort of sweetener in there and ruins the product. Other times they dont even put butter or honey on it.
They are in such a rush they miss specific directions, not sure how considering there’s always 4-5 people behind the counter for quality and making sure tickets and orders are fulfilled. They try to close out orders too fast and keep people moving they dont actually inspect to make sure all items are accounted for. Food is great when its fresh and prepared PROPERLY!

Delicious! Took a friend to spend a little time together to eat out and play a bit. Stopped by The Fry House to grab a bite. Guy taking my order helped make suggestions for what to order and he was RIGHT ON THE MONEY! Small menu; order at the counter and take a number to your table where they deliver when ready; fill your own drinks. So, chicken tenders and catfish — but the catch was there are several choices of “shakes” to get put on the food. I tried “lemon pepper” as he suggested and it was the bomb. Also, they have many dipping sauces, etc., or, you can just get plain chicken or fish. The homemade fries were seasoned with parmesan, maybe, and also delicious. But the BEST thing I had were the honey biscuits. I’ve got to figure out how to make those at home! Staff was friendly, attentive and fast. Food was a little “high” priced, but aren’t they all in a casino setting??? I also saw many, many officers stopping by to go in and order “to go” from The Fry House. Would definitely recommend, whether your are playing or just hungry.

Came to Memphis for the first time and wanted to go to their casino. I was hungry and there restaurant was still open as it was getting late. The wait was long and was only a few of us inside. I ordered the 2 piece catfish and fries and it was soooooo greasy, it was more crust than fish and the fries were soggy oil filled. I wouldn’t go back. I understand it’s called the Fry House but the food doesn’t have to taste like old grease.

Usually they are good but yesterday I got the wing bucket. They didn’t try to season the wings and why are there feathers on every wing.
