The chocolate shake I had was amazing! Better than the down town Santa Fe ice cream places by a lot! My family also had some of their ice-cream flavors just on their own and said they were very good. Also the owner is super friendly. We had a lovely conversation while we waited.

Behind the post office. Sit at picnic tables under trees eating ice cream. I was stuck on mint chip but have now expanded to black cherry and another berry. Dog likes sniffing around. Bathroom.

FROSTY COW for the W!!! My fiancé and i absolutely love this place, from the first greeting/interaction to the food/service, you will not regret stopping for any of their flavors of ice cream or trying one of their paninis (Turkey Bacon Melt HUGE recommendation). Great service and a lovely environment! All around an amazing joy for the people of Abiquiu!! THANK YOU FROSTY COW! ❄️

This is a great little place with a large variety of ice cream, milkshakes, and some pretty awesome pizza. He’ll mix the shakes however you want. If you’re driving through, be sure to give yourself a break from the road at this sweet little spot. The owner is also very nice with good conversation. He even had a bag of treats for our dog (props for looking out for our pooch!). Highly recommended!
