I ordered a grasshopper sundae~ oh m g
Hand made mint chocolate chip with soft serve chocolate on top with hot fudge, and chocolate chips. It’s served with whipped cream and a cherry which I did not have. The sign said $5 + and it came out to $8 ? A little bit of unhappiness.
Opportunity for price transparency and a sign with the sundae s and what is actually in them. Lots of options yet I didn’t want to ask about them all while the line continued to grow.
All and all quality and definitely added more joy to the already beautiful day.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a caramel sundae and a heath flurry. Both were really good, the ice cream was good, portions were nice, and toppings weren’t skimpy. Overall very good, highly recommended!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, if you love ice cream and want to get the most for your dollars then you need to go to the Frosty Cove. I took my grandsons before I took them home. They loved it and said it was the best ice cream they have had! It was hit out so I had them get a cup with the cone on top and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday, didn’t tell the Frosty Cove so not sure if they do anything for your birthday, but I got a APPLE PIE SUNDAE and OMGish the best ever!! The grandsons got scoops of ice cream of Cookie Dough. We will definitely be back.

I was so excited that they had vegan cotton candy! The prices were a little, high, but holy crap. When I tell you these were the biggest scoops ever…I felt like a little kid again when I got my cone.

You can’t make a trip to Muskegon and not visit a local ice cream shop. Anytime I enjoy some of Frostys ice cream I am brought right back to my childhood. They have a drive through or walk ups and seating available. I highly recommend the soft serve with Green Apple flavor bursts.

One of the best Ice cream joints left in Muskegon! If you’re down by the Muskegon Lakeshore (Pere Marquette Beach area) and looking for a sweet treat, I suggest you stop here. There are lots of options on the menu for everyone. My personal favorite is a Flurry or Grass Hopper sundae! A word to the wise: stop by before sunset to beat the rush.

After the day at the beach we stopped at The Frosty Cove for some truly deliciously creamy ice cream. Hubby ordered a cone with 2 scoops of moose tracks; which was about the size of his head! I had a scoop of Mackinac Fudge in a cup and granddaughter had a junior size strawberry ice cream in a cup with sprinkles. All the servings were quite substantial and the ice cream was some of the best we’ve ever had. Service was quick and very friendly. We highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back.

Our first time in Muskegon and we visited The Frosty Cove. Fun ambience, TONS of ice cream/soft serve/shakes/smoothies/food options. Friendly service by local youth, they deserve All The Tips. Long line for the drive thru so we parked the car and went through the walk-up window. Crowds even at 9:30pm on a Thursday! Worth the wait, good experience, highly recommend.

Of course I got my puppy a doggy sundae ice cream with a doggy bone on top, I hear it’s absolutely delicious.
There’s usually a very long line for this ice cream place. The line is generally out the driveway and it goes down the street. You can also go to the walk-up window there’s not a ton of parking spots maybe fifteen other than that good luck that’s the price of a good ice cream cone.
There is a playground facility for the kids to play on.
There is also a deck with chairs and benches for you to eat your ice cream.
Dogs are welcome.
This ice cream facility is about a 3 minutes from lake Michigan. Popular destination to grab your ice cream and take a drive around the lake. The portion sizes are large. Average pricing. Modest selection.

Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. Service was slow but there was only one person who was doing her best. Note: Describe your sundae choices so we don’t have to constantly ask staff! Example: What is a Rocky Road or what is a Whaler for $16?….
