This is the best food we’ve eaten in a restaurant in a very long time. There was so much food that we took lots of leftovers with. Our waitresses, Tia and Lalia, were the sweetest young ladies. Their southern hospitality made our trip down to Nashville a blast. We’ll be stopping back on our way home.

Just passing through, decided to stop for a “quick bite” as I noticed the drive-thru window. Staff were very polite but very young. Ordered a chicken wrap, 2 pieces of cod with 2 sides and 2 waters, at the window, cost $21 which was very reasonable but took over 30min to get the order. The Wrap was great, the Cod had a lot of pepper but still good, the navy beans and slaw were spot on. They were fairly busy for a Friday evening. Very quaint place with home cooking vibes. We would definitely go back, but for dine-in service.

Front porch was recommended by a stranger at gas station. They did not disappoint. They sat me with some of their home made hushpuppies…I had to order a second order. For main dish I had a Philly cheese steak wrap that was also delicious. I’d go out of my way to make it back here.

If you like catfish, I would recommend the blackened catfish because I liked the seasoning, but my companion thought the fried catfish was better–I thought it was more neutral taste. I’m not a fan of beans and cornbread, but we were told it is a big seller for them… Service was great. Portion size was good.

We had to ask someone to take our order after sitting for 15 minutes. The appetizer was forgotten. The food was good and plenty, but it took considerable time to get the food. It was not overly busy as some tables were empty. And our server never came back after we canceled the appetizer, not even to bring our food. We had to ask for a to-go box and bill. The server wore sweatpants.
