had a very bad experience here today. I ordered fries, and when I went to pick up my order, I saw that there was no hot sauce. When I politely asked for some hot sauce, the employee reacted with a rude facial expression and an unprofessional attitude while taking my order. Then, they purposely added an excessive amount of hot sauce, even though they clearly knew how spicy it is.
When I asked why they put so much, the employee responded again with a bad attitude, speaking disrespectfully and even making mocking gestures. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and honestly made me feel very upset. Customers deserve respect, not rude service. I hope the management takes action regarding their staff, because they will lose customers if this continues.

Absolutely amazing experience! The fries were fried to perfection, seasoned just right, and made with locally sourced potatoes. You can taste the freshness. The boneless wings were tender, flavorful, and really well done. On top of the great food, the team was kind and welcoming!

The server was very professional and polite. He was patient with the customer who took time to go through the menu before deciding what to order. There is a variety of options and I went with the Korean street fries. They were definitely banging, and delicious. Lots of sauces and flavors which is awesome.

We had the aoili fries , and the Korean box , the pics were after we ate a lot, both were amazing , great crisp on the fries and they were big enough to hold up to the toppings. I have lived in maine my whole life and had a lot of different fries and these are on the top of the list. Great job everyone

This place is a terrible rip off with half done fries. Do NOT get the truffle fries, they do not add and parmesan or anything. Just a VERY light truffle salt at best. The fries are soggy as all get because of the lack of cooking. The sides are a rip off as well, $6 for Mozz sticks, you only get 4…and the Mac n cheese is orange but yet, has no flavor at all. Like broken butter noddles with toxic dye at best. Don’t say you were not warned

In the days before excessive greed a place focusing on fries would never work, but now that these greedy people are able to get away with charging $12 for 40 cents worth of potatoes, it works just fine. What a disturbing industry this is. I cannot fathom how challenged of an individual someone needs to be to purchase $12 fries. That was the price of prime rib not too long ago.

Got a deluxe chicken sandwich, and a small cone. Was somehow almost $18. They gave me the wrong sandwich to begin with, took it back and just added some lettuce and tomato and gave it back. Asked to switch the chick sauce for mayo. They didn’t. Chicken was tough. It tasted. Fine I guess. The fries were good at least, but the small cone is the smallest you can get and was way too much.

It was difficult to order. My grandkids wanted chicken tenders and fries. Very confusing. I ordered the 6 piece meal that came with fries and a large fry. Four tenders were large and delicious and two were tiny like nuggets. They measure out fries like pharmacists being careful to not to dole out too many. The drink that came with the meal added more confusion. About $30 later I had my meager helpings. I wouldn’t hurry back. I wish I took photos.
