This establishment has been here for over 100 years. In a very nice and quaint town in Michigan. We stopped on our way home after visiting friends. Everything tasted excellent. Highly recommend their chicken wrap and their French onion soup. We had very quick service and our food arrived fresh and hot and fast.
Very nice on the inside lots of seat seating and there is on street parking.

Jessica was a wonderful server. Great personality and attentive.
We each had the fish & chips. It was lightly breaded cod, cole slaw and pub fries
3 PCs of cod and it was lightly breaded and not fishy tasting. There was an ample serving of fries.
The fish & fries were very freshlyade & hot when brought to us.
I hesitantly say that while the fish was good it wasn’t exceptional. Neither of us said we would order again BUT we would go back to The Friendly and try something else.
Friday nights @ 4 they have ayce for 2.00 less.

The friendly tavern was good. The pricing was right and the drinks were perfect. If you want a nice environment this is the place to go good drinks, cozy, cozy, atmosphere.

We stopped and had the all you can eat fish fry on Friday night. The food was hot, tasty and plentiful. The best part was our waitress, she was very pleasant and always asking if we needed anything else. If you’re in Coloma, MI- I would recommend you stop in!!!

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Chicago to get some good grub.
The food was delicious I had a burrito and my wife had a salad.
The server was a beautiful lady called Sarah, she was great company and great at her job.
All in all a great experience. 10/10.

Sent the steak back twice – potatoe wasn’t done. Was going to charge me Ala cart for the part of the meal – mushrooms in a cup that were supposed to be the steak topping, half cooked baked potatoe, and my cup of soup that came with the meal so the were taking off less than $5 for a steak that was completely charred on the outside and raw on the inside – TWICE. Told me that was standard policy – I said as bad as everything was that is when you apologize, take off the meal and hope you didn’t lose a long time customer. Nobody orders a plastic cup of mushrooms to just eat?!! When this place first opened and had managers that cared they had the best steaks/meals anywhere. They have lost all the care they used to put into food. I guess that’s why it used to be packed every night of the week and now parking is plentiful.

Good home style family food. Sandwich was full of smoky pork with a sweet sauce. Very good. The fries are crispy and stay that way. You get good size servings. Everyone was friendly and helpful with question about the menu. Checking and refilling classes.A place to check out in a quaint town.

Everything was fantastic from the food to the service. Social distancing was in place with seating at every other booth. The food was just as expected and the bartender/server girl was the only one working and was busy, but excellent service and a fantastic attitude. So friendly you would never notice how busy she was. Brought everything out perfectly and checked back on us a few times. Didn’t get her name, but she was blonde with tattoos. Would definitely go back just for the awesome service we received.

This place is FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my burger before diving right in, but it was cooked perfectly and delicious. Hubby and I drove down to Coloma from Battle Creek just to have dinner there. Highly recommend.

Spend $6 a piece for 2 side salad for them to come with lettuce and 3 cherry tomatoes, was not informed they were out of cucumbers. On top of the online menu price is flat out wrong. At least a 2$ price difference on everything. Pay attention when ordering to go. Service is always good. Everyone is normally friendly.
