To preface: the parking situation varies, depending on how many people are parked by or around the entrance, as you must park along the sidewalk.
I visited this local establishment with my mother, and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Albert himself! Very hospitable service, and amazing prices!! If you’re familiar with local favorite: Star-Lite Burger/Chicken, the flavor should be very familiar with a classic home-style taste!
However, despite the vast amount of soda brands; I’m sure some would appreciate Diet offerings, as well as 2-Liter offerings with family bundles, even if it was just good ol’ RC!! Nevertheless, the 12oz cans are easy on the wallet & give a comforting feeling fit for the menu.
The first thing I noticed was how quiet it was, no TV, no radio over the speaker; just the sound of the food going! The walls were meagerly decorated with only what you gotta know: their prices! The seating arrangements were cozy, with plenty of booths lining the walls, and a classic school cafeteria table & seating along the center for children (ideally). Table Salt & Pepper were provided and well stocked!
Compliments to the chef & staff: Edinburg is proud to have ‘The Fried Chicken’ back!! 🙂

I liked them when they were in Raul Longoria but hadn’t tried them since they moved until this past weekend. I visited around 12pm &The chicken was so juicy! Still very adorable. I hope to visit again soon

Their prices are so affordable!
The fried chicken is so delicious!
The customer service is top tier!✨
So imagine our surprise when a friend sent us a text saying they had opened a new location in Edinburg monday afternoon after work I drove over there and I’m so happy to see how much more space they have to accommodate seating ❤️
