Any time I have extra time before class I come here to get a $2 tea in a tall cup. Plain water and a cup because I do not like their tea bags, and every time without fail they charge me for a tea latte which is $5. Today I had enough and complained about it, told them I wanted them to charge me again for the $2 tea so I can get a refund from my bank for the other charge and they wanted me to either come some other time or just grab something else. I just wanted a refund and they couldn’t even do that.
