The restaurant has the next generation Impossible Burger. I had the original Impossible Burger several times. This one was even better. There were 2 vegan cheese options. The French decor is adorable. The staff are friendly and the food came out quickly. I plan to be a regular and explore their other vegan options.

The only thing French about this place is the high price and the not so great service. I ordered a chicken pesto panini, it was not a panini, just a regular chicken sandwich on tasteless white bread. I ordered mac and cheese for my daughter, it was roughly equivalent to the kraft box stuff. Homemade mac-n-cheese is one of the easiest things ever to make, why would any restaurant use Velveeta cheese or box stuff, yuck? Definitely NOT impressed.
