Really awesome pub! Excellent staff! Really good bar style food! Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable about the rotating draft menu and didn’t skip a beat when it came to our orders! The beer was fantastic! Especially the shadow puppet guava sour! All in all I enjoyed the experience, definitely will go back when in the area around dinner time on a Friday.

It was hot, so we popped in for a beer. The options were pretty wide, 12 beers on tap I think. And my beer was icy cold. They had inside seating and outside. We went ahead and set outside to have our beers, and we were pleased. We plan to stop in again next time we are in the area.

It has been about a year and a half since I experienced this but never got around to leaving a review. Today I have some time though. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. I was ordering a round of shots for me and 5 friends when I came in with a bottled drink and the guy with the beard was just demeaning and yelled at me to get out of the establishment. When I apologized and threw away the drink he wouldn’t talk to me and kept repeating for me to leave. So I left and haven’t returned since! Seems like I’m not the only one that has experienced rude service here based on the reviews. Hopefully this place shuts down to make room for a more respectable bar in this area that doesn’t treat customers like trash.

Awesome bar to go to. Plenty of seating for everyone with up stairs and downstairs area. The food is awesome I would recommend the wings or Irish nachos. Staff were all fast and helpful. If your planning to spend sometime downtown and want to grab a drink or some food this is a great place.

Love the atmosphere, very casual with low lighting. Service was great, especially since I needed to change tables mid order, but the waitress was patient and understanding. Ordered the Chicken Marsala with Squash and liked it a lot. Not-too-salty pub food with ok prices. Bar has tons of great beers on tap for as little as $6 for a big glass. Food took a bit to prepare, but was enjoyable.

Surprisingly awesome food, even for a more “pub” styled place. Rap genre music was playing the whole time (on a Wednesday) which is cool with me – but may not be for some patrons. Had the Chicken Wrap, which came with absolutely 3 lbs of fries. Cool place.

Service is spotty at best. If you’re at the bar, you might get drinks, but if you’re upstairs, plan on sitting there for a long time without anyone paying attention to you. Server doesn’t know the kind of drinks they have at the bar and food takes a long time to come out.

It had a kewl look n feel to the place. It was more eclectic than what your used to seeing here in Modesto. Reminiscent of an English or Irish pub you’d c in Frisco.
