I have been ordering from this establishment for many years and have never had a problem. This evening our food was cold. When I called to make the business aware of the situation they told me this was not possible, effectively calling me a liar!! Terrible customer service. Check your food temperature before you leave as clearly they don’t admit when at fault.
I will never spend my hard earned money here again.

The best Chinese takeaway I’ve had! All the bean curd dishes that we’ve had are delicious, think we’ve been here 4 or more times now. Next time I will try to remember to take a pic to put on here before eating, but it’s just too good!

What an absolute joke this place is. Just got charged £20 for the “half” Peking duck I ordered, they literally put crackers are the bottom of the duck portion to make it look like there’s more duck there, however only 1/2 the Tupperware has duck in. Oh, the kicker? The duck is SO overcooked it’s basically crackling. Only order from here if you love being ripped off.

Worst Chinese i have ever had! S&S sauce more if a citrus juice. It was basically water. The veg springs rolls were pockets of pepper and nothing else and the rice was hard as hell. The only decent part was the chicken balls but u fortunately were tainted by the sauce. £20 wasted and definitely will not be returning

Have tried to find a decent Chinese in Exeter and this is by far the best. Food is cooked there in front of you and placing an order over the phone is ready to collect on time every time. The food itself is delicious and have not had any dodgy meals as have had from others. Definitely recommend if you are trying to find a good Chinese.

Hands down the best Chinese takeaway, and I’ve ordered from here at least 5+ times now on different days before making a review. Food consistently brilliant. The pork in satay sauce and the roast duck BBQ chow mein are delicious. Staff very kind and even helped us look for my partners wallet down the road when we called them! Thank you highly recommend.
