Francisco’s outstanding service is the main reason we are writing this review. He is truly one of the best waiters we’ve encountered in a long time. He was attentive and took the time to care for our needs, even while covering for a few absent colleagues. Despite the extra workload, his passion for helping customers never wavered. The food was acceptable and the prices were reasonable.

Although I didn’t take any pictures of the food when it arrived, I should have! I had the Classic Pizza and my husband had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. Both had excellent flavor! We weren’t sure of what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised for the price! We arrived at 5, opening time for dinner. The food and environment were just what we needed; A calm environment compared to the fast paced and loud week we had at SEMA. Glad we found a new and affordable dining option during SEMA week.

Food here was decent. The breakfast is well above average for a free hotel breakfast. Where this place really shines is the service. The staff here is on point, especially Cassandra and Francisco! Cassandra took very good care of us and was great for conversation! And Francisco was extremely friendly and very helpful. You can tell they both care about doing a good job and delivering excellent service!

Small dinner cafe in Embassy Suites. Serves both hotel guests and general public. Simple menu of salads, sandwiches, and a few mains. Smal but tasty dessert menu. Francisco is a remarkable waitperson. Ate here a couple of times during my visit. Located in the rear lobby at the freestyle breakfast spot.
