I was able to stop in to this absolute gem of an establishment for the first time and I was blown away by the quality of the food and drinks as well as the attention to detail that has gone into everything. As someone who used to live in South Wheeling this place is a grand addition to the area. The quality you get within a very reasonable price range is unmatched. Every aspect of the cocktails is curated to perfection from the homemade syrups and mixers to the wide selection of liquor varieties and the stamped ice cubes. The owners and bartenders are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and I felt at home instantly. Check this place out, it has immediately become a favorite.

I haven’t tried the food yet. The cocktails were delicious. They have an excellent bourbon selection. The service was a little slow. However, there were only two bartenders for an event and the regular bar patrons. They were doing the best they could given the circumstances. I would definitely come here again. $10 minimum for credit cards.

This is my favorite hidden gem in Wheeling. We stop in weekly and the quality is always delicious and consistent. Dave and Rebecca use high quality ingredients and take pride in their handcrafted cocktails. There are a lot of happy, returning customers and we have made some great friends in their warm and welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this stop for a great local experience!

Wheeling is known for lots of things but one of the things I’ve always felt it lacked was cocktail bars with fresh ingredients. There are tons of bars but in a lot of them you’re getting cheap well liquor with drink premixes and you will not find that here. The new owners have put in a lot of work to make the Foundry what it is and the bartender obviously knows his stuff. The BEST drinks I have had in Wheeling hands down and some immaculate service. We came in pretty late after moving and they were so apt to be kind to us and were really invested in giving us the best service they could. A lot of businesses come and go in our area, but I genuinely hope we get to keep this one ❤️ If you have the chance, I could not recommend it higher! The Espresso Martini was our favorite, but the bartender makes a mean old fashioned

A couple must tries: Pomegranate Martini is light and refreshing, Pumpkin Martini for those pumpkin lovers….. This is heaven in a glass. You will want to lick the rim! It’s so yummy!! The zucchini planks were perfectly battered and delicious. The mozzarella sticks were great. I loved the marinara sauce. Our service was great. The people were friendly and engaged with us and were so attentive. Our experience was awesome. I recommend stopping in for appetizers and drinks!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!!! Rebecca was so incredibly kind and accommodating. I hosted my mother’s 70th bday here and planned everything from out of state. I cannot begin to describe how many details we went over and Rebecca and David were not only more than willing to go the extra mile and help plan but also incredibly kind and responsive. David is truly a master mixologist. I’ve done events for almost 20 years at the highest level in nyc, miami and beyond, and David is one of a kind. His cocktails were extraordinary. He even helped me create speciality custom cocktails. The entire day which could’ve been so stressful was perfect because of them!!! Seamless. I wish I lived closer so I could host more events there. Highly highly highly recommend. Thank you for making my Mother’s Day so special!!!!!!!!! 12/10.

This place is wonderful. I’ve traveled a lot for work and I have to say this bar really stands out. The owners were so friendly and David makes amazing cocktails. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Can’t recommend it enough.

I had to give one star to write a review. My husband and I stopped for the first time this evening. We took a seat at the bar and we suddenly seemed to become invisible! We sat there about 10 minutes and not either one of the people working said a thing. Not a be with you in a minute, hi, how you doing, NOTHING! One person stopped to get something right in front of me, looked me in the eye and turned away. They even took time to wash glasses. We got up and walked out, and will never go back! Terrible place! Total garbage!
