Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our daughters adoption day!!! The Foundry holds such a special place in our hearts. On top of that—-the food and coffee is delicious! The chia tea is my favorite :). If you need a place to quietly read a book, take a minute to yourself, have a meeting or party—-this is your place!!! The staff is exceptional, especially the manager, Drew! He is a kind man with a beautiful heart. We are forever grateful you let us celebrate here 🙂

We visited The Foundry Coffee House for the first time Jan 15. Attended a poetry slam upstairs and had a wonderful experience! During the break, we grabbed some coffee and hot apple cider, and both were delicious. Even for a busy Friday night event, the wait wasn’t bad at all. It is also a church on certain days.
The space is clean, roomy, and filled with friendly smiles—it’s truly a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of Joe. We will definitely be back!

First time at The Foundry Coffee House, and I was instantly hooked by the rich aroma of fresh coffee the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed Sunday morning. There was a bit of a line (not surprising for a weekend), but it moved quickly, and the staff kept things running smoothly.

Plenty of seating available, which made it easy to find a spot and enjoy the vibe. I tried a cappuccino, a latte, and decided to be a little adventurous with the vanilla expressoda. That one was… unique! I’m still not sure if I loved it, but I enjoyed trying something different—it definitely stands out.

We walked here, but noticed there’s a free garage parking lot right across the street, which is super convenient for anyone driving in. Overall, great coffee, good energy, and a place I’d gladly return to. A solid gem in the area!

Very nice coffee shop. Staff is super friendly. Coffee was really good. Needed a coffee pick me up after visiting family in the hospital, and this shop was super close. This was the perfect spot.

This place is super cute! Just discovered it today so I will come back and update for food quality but the service was sweet, the women behind the coffee bar were friendly and the place is quiet but not awkward, they have cute seating areas for studious people, people having an intimate chat, and someone that just wants to sit in a public setting so they can people watch

I would recommend this place for a nice meet up with friends. Might now be the best place to take a meeting as there are no quiet areas, you can hear the music wherever you sit.

Their coffee is super strong, I got the cortado. The baristas were very nice.

It was a bit cold in there since they have the ceiling exposed.

Solid spot!!! Alex the macchiato guy approves. Drive down from longview on Sundays next closest place that cares about coffee and puts in effort. Espresso is Dialed and baristas are solid here as well as a good environment. 🙂

Ok this is the only real coffee shop in East Texas that I have found thus far. They roast their own coffee and they offer a pour over!

The pour over “sweet” recipe is an 18 gram to about 250ml. Looks like she did the classic Vario V60 5 pour method. Delicious

Freaking outstanding!

Christian art on the wall was a pleasure to view.
