My brother, sister & I had a very nice time at The Food Factory in Oviedo last Friday. Very pleasant atmosphere and different food venues to pick from. We decided to eat from The Local Hen and it was delicious. There were also Live music! I described a nice and relaxing evening with my loved ones. I really loved this place and the way it is set up. From the moment we got there the staff was so welcoming and helpful. They answered all of our questions and explained how everything worked.
It’s super clean and a calm environment. All of the food was delicious but my favorite part was the buffalo wings.
I can’t wait to continue coming and bringing my loved ones 🙂

Love this place!! The micro restaurant concept is AWESOME. Not only is the food mouth watering! But it’s easy to order delivered to your table fast, the app is super convenient to use. The whole property is welcoming and has a friendly vibe. Poker on Thursday nights is so fun and the dealer is really helpful! Planning on going regularly!

Came and met up with some friends here for a little double date. Sat down in my chair and realized it was sticky from syrup. Which is no biggie, just swapped the chairs. The place is very family centered as it would seem because there were children everywhere running outside playing with balls. The micro restaurants throughout were very cool to peak into as they offer different drinks and eating options. It was pretty easy to order and have them drop off your items to your table as long as you remember your table #. I mostly ordered and ate from the Cantina Mexican restaurant as they had great options of margaritas and foods. I did peak into the food factory itself and it had a nice bar with plenty of tvs to watch whatever sporting event going on. I would say this spot is a wonderful spot to catch some football for the season. They also had some games such as cards against humanity, battleship, ring toss etc. on hand to play with friends as you socialize. Great spot worth checking out.

We went for a date night on Friday night. The drinks were very unique (in a great way) and delicious. Tons of options at a reasonable price for crafted cocktails. There was also live music which was a nice surprise. Rex, the musician, came over and chatted and even helped us wipe the table off from some previous rain. He was great. It really made the atmosphere so nice to enjoy with music and cocktails. We will be back next week!

This plage is an entirely different vibe than it was when it opened or even a few months ago. The new owner just remodeled the bar and it actually looks super inviting and cozy. I love the decor and the more adult oriented vibes at the bar instead of kids running throughout the bar. They have a bunch of tvs that always have a game on too and they do football watch parties . They just opened new restaurants and the live music definitely helps keep it fresh. I’m glad I have a spot to go now in Oviedo.

Cant wait to go back to this place. Pizza from buttercrust pizza was delicious. We went on a Tuesday and they have BOGO on the personal pizza. Great deal. Also at the bar they have good happy hour. Our bartender James was great!!!!

The Food Factory is like a food wonderland with lots of yummy options and even a spot for brownie lovers! It’s got a cool outdoor area where you can chill with your fam or furry friends. The food tastes awesome, but be warned: the portions might leave you hungry for more, especially considering the price. And watch out for those drinks—they’re mostly ice! I’m thinking of coming back for brunch, but maybe when it’s quieter. Overall, it’s a hit for families and evening hangs.

Finally! A place in Oviedo where you can get a solid cocktail without too many strings attached!
They did a good job with the decor and the staff are very friendly. This is a good concept with a lot of potential. We went for their soft opening on July 26, and most of us had a pretty good time. It was clear they are going through growing pains and are fine tuning, but it was a positive experience. They only had two restaurants open at the time and their main bar.
The Main Bar:
Their drink menu for cocktails and mocktails are awesome. Drinks are fun and pretty interesting. We tried the Rocket Fuel, the Salty Nut Job, and the Smoke in the Factory. Each drink was delicious, well thought-out, but needed some work on the execution. (Again, the growing pains)
For the Rocket Fuel cocktail, they are supposed to present the drink with a smoke bubble, but the bartender struggled with it. My drink was presented without it. (It was a little disappointing, but I get it. I would just recommend some practice instead of serving it without it)
For the Smoke in the factory, it was made well, but the smoke didn’t quite hold long enough. I would suggest a minute longer to really infuse the smoke flavor into the cocktail.
The Salty Nut Job was beautiful and the grapefruit salt is the star of the show.
The lead time for all 3 drinks took a bit as well, we were having a good time, so not too big of a deal, but imagine if they were slammed. I can see them improving once they get comfortable.
Chicken Restaurant:
We did not have a positive experience with the Chicken Restaurant, but the staff there was honest and apologetic. I was patient, and they comped the meal. I would give them another shot, since it was their first day open. I do think the portions are a bit small for the price, honestly. Flavors were good though.
Overall:
I can definitely see myself coming back as a local to hang here. It has a lot of potential and room for improvement. Be sure to check them out and see for yourself! Grab a cocktail or two!

This place is absolutely amazing. Went again last night with 5 kids and a ton of family and the food and service was excellent. The kids had an absolute blast and every time we leave they’re exhausted from running around outside. The new management for the bar has been awesome and they are turning the bar into more of a sports / dive bar hang out which is fantastic. Yea they got rid of the kids drinks but come on parents who really enjoyed paying for kids drinks anyway? lol. Hers my favorite food dishes: Cantina: Tacos/queso. Local Hen: Chicken and waffles. Buttercrust pizza: any buttercrust square. Kai Asian: Korean wings. DRINKS: Old Fashion and strawberry mule
