This should probably be two reviews as we had dinner and then stayed for Music Bingo, but will consolidate:

First off, the food is fantastic. We went for dinner on a Thursday. I had the pizza with pulled pork. Delicious, perfectly cooked, and huge-I ate the whole thing but could easily be split. My dad had the brisket sandwich (also pictured), my mum had a burger and both of them really enjoyed the food.

At 7pm, music bingo started. They give you a laminated sheet with 2 bingo games. The way it works is that the DJ plays a 30-60 second intro of a song and you cross it off on your sheet. The night we went was 90s night, I loved it as I knew the majority of the songs, my parents are seniors and didn’t know much of the music but still really enjoyed it. The host is a man named Rick James and he is super personable, and don’t worry if you don’t know the songs, he tells you the title of each one. The game is an absolute blast, no fee to pay and there are neat prizes. My dad won a giant pretzel. In a fun move, Rick did a palm reading for a lady (I think it was a prior weeks prize).

Fair warning, eat first so you can clear the table as you want enough space to work on your card. I don’t live in Asheville but will totally be back on my next vacation. Also, grabbed some of their reasonably priced cool tshirts so will be representing Flying Squirrel out here in Albuquerque

Me and mom had a little day out and I been seeing people saying “the flying squirrel pub” has great food! So we went and tried it out! I loved all the decorations inside for Halloween and all the squirrel picture’s! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere is very welcoming and laid back! They had great music playing too!
We started off with fried pickles and they were delicious! They were perfectly breaded, cripsy, and we loved the dill seasoning on top! Mom got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fresh cut fries. Moms fries was fresh and cripsy. Her bbq sandwich was tender, smokey flavor was on point, and the bun was fresh! That was the biggiest BBQ sandwich I have ever seen lol ! I got the Turkey BLT with a side of Beer Mac and cheese! My smoked turkey was tender, great flavor, juicy not dried out, the bacon was thick (not that thin cheap stuff), and i loved the crispy sourdough bread! The Beer Mac and cheese was fresh, cheesy, and had great flavor! Needless to say we both took home food We had no complaints and was stuffed! Definitely be going back to try more food! If you haven’t tried them out definitely go!#supportlocal

Came for some drinks and a snack with some friends and thought it was good. We tired the giant pretzel and it was quite giant. We had a few beers too and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of local beers. I’m leaving it as a 5* for now and intend to visit again and get some food!

OK, folks, here goes. We’ve eaten at The Flying Squirrel Pub three times now, so here’s my review. As hard as I have tried, I keep ordering the same thing because it is so darn good. I have gotten the Sliding Rock Sliders with homemade chips. They are big, and I eat them as they come on the menu, no additions or subtractions. Delicious, especially paired with the homemade chips. I have tried the fried pickles, which are great, but all altogether too much food for me. They have an extensive drink menu, including some non-alcoholic choices. I go for the unsweetened tea personally.

We were drawn in by the name of this establishment and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! The interior was clean and polished and we got a real kick out of all the silly squirrel posters and decor. The atmosphere is laidback – you place your order at the counter or by QR code and the waitstaff bring the food to your table. Even though all the tables were filled up, we never felt cramped for space. We ordered the giant pretzel app, chicken salad sandwich, pulled pork sliders, sliding rock sliders, loaded baked potato soup (the soup of the day), and the fresh cut French fries. Everything was delicious! We also had the seltzer cocktails and we really liked all of them! I would definitely eat here again and would highly recommend to others!

Fantastic place and my favorite place that I went to on vacation in Asheville.
I had the green Chile cheeseburger and fries which was great, hot, juicy and tasted great. I will say that coming fron Albuquerque, they did misspell Chile on the menu lol
My mother also had a burger which she enjoyed. My dad had the cheesesteak and liked it a lot.

Our server was very sweet. This place has something for everyone. Tvs with sports all over and a bunch of board games that people can play. Totally recommend going here. I don’t drink but the have a huge beer selection

This is a new brewery to the area and I think it’s in a great place. The inside is colorful and fun, they some arcade and board games. The food selection is pretty decent with vegetarian options.

I was very happy to see their beer selection. They aim to have a variety of styles of beer, even if the beer isn’t their own. As for their own beer the green Sour and NE IPA were both delicious. They even have these elixirs, hard seltzer with healthy ingredients.

Pair all of that up with friendly and professional service and this is an amazing brewery you want to enjoy again and again.

PICKLE PIZZA!!! It’s definitely worth a try if you like pickles! But they also have many other wonderful dishes that we will be going back for! We had their green chile cheese fries and wow they were good.
Of course though this is a brewery! So about the drinks, amazing like the food! They offer flights so you can sample multiple. There’s a great selection of seltzer cocktails they make and each one is unique.
This place is definitely worth stopping by and checking out. They also have board games to play while you eat and drink. I’m so glad I came across this place.

Didn’t eat there but had a couple beers. Friendly. Great place to meet up with friends and grab a brew. They brew their own as well as selling other craft beers. Way more spacious than it looks on a drive by. There is outside seating both front and back ( pers allowed). My only complaint is that the beers are $7 $7.50 and $8. A little pricey for us! 2 beers with tip was almost $19
