Came down from Nebraska for my birthday and I had the best time, but I was on the hunt for some pistachio ice cream and lo behold! I found this cute little shop and we decided to give it a try. Let me just say, it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had and nothing has beat it. We are constantly raving about how AMAZING the ice cream was to everyone we can. Definitely will be back one day!

This place is SO delightful and delicious! I love the whole building, it’s very charming. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the size of the cups and the flavors were SO GOOD! I got the lemon basil sorbet- it was so lemony which was very refreshing for the summer and just the right amount of basil. This flavor is so fresh! I also got the birthday cake gelato and it was perfect. Loved the sprinkles and tiny cake pieces. We also got the toasted coconut which was very flavorful and perfect for summer and the dirt & Dino which was fun and tasty! We will be back again soon!

I had the chance to try out The Flying Cow and it was just a fantastic experience! We decided to share “the heffer,” which is basically a feast of five different flavors. And let me tell you, they don’t skimp on the scoops! We went for pistachio, salted caramel, key lime pie, strawberry, and birthday cake. Every single flavor was pure deliciousness – creamy and just what we needed on a hot day.
Even though the shop is on the smaller side, that’s pretty standard for places like this. The person working there was super friendly and really fast. The whole place was really tidy, and the menu had this cute touch to it. The gelato in the display case looked seriously tempting, and there’s outdoor seating too. A bunch of folks were hanging out there, enjoying their treats.
Overall, The Flying Cow is a total winner in my book. If you’re into gelato and looking for a cool spot, this is definitely worth checking out!

The gelatos here are very rich and creamy! The creaminess is not at all overbearing and the sweetness is just right.
I do not enjoy ice cream when it’s too thick or sweet, but the gelato here hit the right note. The place has a lot of seating areas inside and outside. It’s located in a very cute shopping area and parking is easy to find.

Yummy! Delish! what can I say? But Yum Yum Yum!! The waffle cones are made on site right in front of you and the gelato is so, so good! The team answered all of her questions about the different flavors and let us try a couple before we ordered. There was six of us in our party, and we sat at the table inside because it was raining, but they have outdoor seating and it’s a really cute place.

We highly recommend The Flying Cow. It is more than a standard ice cream shop; it has an excellent selection of gelato flavors from which to choose (some of which taste much like ice cream)! Some of the flavors are swapped out from day to day. You may sample different flavors before ordering–and you should!
