**Review of Flying Biscuit**
We recently dined at Flying Biscuit and were excited to try their offerings, but sadly, our experience left much to be desired. I ordered the Drops of Jupiter, which allowed for a choice between French toast and pancakes. I opted for the pancakes, along with a side of grits, while my fiancé chose the bacon, egg, and cheese with fully loaded potatoes.
Unfortunately, the biscuits were extremely hard, and the pancakes were neither light nor fluffy. Instead, they were skinny with tough edges. The side of potatoes didn’t impress either. My fiancé described the biscuits as some of the worst he’s ever had, and I have to agree. Only great thing was the OJ.
Overall, we were disappointed and won’t be returning. There are plenty of other breakfast spots out there to explore!

I usually go to the Peachtree City location but was pleasantly surprised to see more locations while looking for a spot to have a business lunch while on the road. Colleague from Philly was highly impressed with the chorizo scramble and grits and I’ve never had a bad meal here. I order something different every time and the service is always great too.

2nd visit and warrants many more visits. This was my 2nd visit, and I was fortunate enough to get Emily as my server. She is aessome and extremely attentive. I didn’t eat all of this…my son was with me and he ordered the French Toast from my first visit.

I haven’t been to Flying Biscuit in a few years . I use to live in Athens and would go very often . This was my first time at the Mall of Ga location and it did not disappoint . The food was so good and the vibes were too . Emma our waitress was very kind and attentive.

It’s my first time and it safe to say they have good biscuits. Not if it because We went there after 5 miles run but the foods was really good. We also ordered vanilla latte hot and it was good. Better than most chain coffee shop for sure. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and love biscuits or want to try them out.

My husband and I had breakfast here for the first time. Great experience from beginning to end. Greeter at host were friendly and we got seated immediately. Waitress name Carol was extremely good at her job. She constantly checked on us and even checked on our babies. Food was delicious and perfect temperature. Even the drinks, my sweet tea was great! When breakfast goes perfect, the rest of the day goes perfect so shout out to Carol and the Flying Biscuit Buford.

Ate at one of these in Atlanta years ago and loved it. The highlight was the oatmeal pancake with peach compote. First time at this location.
The good: We had a good server. The biscuit was very good. The bacon was good and crispy.
The not so good: The food wasn’t hot just passable warm. The over medium eggs were slightly over cooked. I asked for the potatoes to be well done…. they were not. Snooze restaurant has excellent chicken sausage. These were overcooked hard and chewy. The oatmeal pancake was much flatter with no fluff like I remembered them. No Real maple syrup.

This is our 4th Flying Biscuit Resturant in the metro area and the Buford location met the standard- good food, good service, clean, and welcoming. We had the Piedmont Omelet with turkey sausage and turkey bacon and the High Flyer with a pancake, grits, bacon, and eggs. Both meals were excellently prepared and took less than 15 minutes to come. The service was impeccable and pretty impressive. Our waitress Azaine had no paper nor pen but she remembered our orders and 3 other tables while we waited. I know service people grow over time and get a routine/script but her memory is next level. Just as importantly, the restaurant and restrooms were clean and inviting. With that, I highly recommend Flying Biscuit, Buford. It is our 2nd favorite breakfast spot behind J Christopher (Flowery Branch), but ahead of First Watch (20), Snooze (Exchange), Oy! (Bogan), and Cracker Barrel (985). Like most spots in the area, after 12 pm is the best time.

Let me start by saying, I am never going to another Flying Biscuit again! I ordered the Cesear salad and a side of bacon. My girlfriend ordered eggs, avocado toast with a side of bacon. My salad had way too much dressing on it and it was too sweet. FBC, if you’re reading, NEVER PUT THE DRESSING ON THE CUSTOMER’S SALAD. You are supposed to put it on the side so WE can determine how much we’d like to use. Secondly, the bacon was over-cooked. It was dark, crunchy and tasteless. I would never serve that to anyone I care about. My girlfriend liked the toast, eggs and coffee. She also didn’t eat her bacon. I don’t like complaining because if you do, who knows what they’ll do to your food. The waitress was fine. I have no complaints about the service.

Our server Helida was fantastic. We had fast and professional service. She was excellent with follow up. The food was absolutely delicious. I saw a great team work between the staff. Sarah the GM stopped by and did a visit. Jodie was also on the floor and leading the team. Great job and I’ll be back!
