Had the dirty bird which is chicken and waffle waffles with sausage gravy. That is my new favorite way to go. This place is awesome. Service was top-notch as well. My server, Michelle was super friendly and attentive, and made the meal that much better. Thank for this experience.

Great local breakfast spot right around the corner. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious. Their grits are amazing, and my personal favorite is the Chorizo Hash Bowl. It’s become one of my go to breakfast spots. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Indoor and outdoor seating. Small bar/counter available as well. Friendly and informative staff. I had the Flying Biscuit Breakfast and substitured turkey bacon. The grits are delicious. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and said it was good.

Went on a sunday arrived around 9:20a and it was pretty packed but got seated immediately and server came after 5 min. And food was out in 10-15min. I Got the stuffed French toast it was absolutely delicious but had a ton of sides that I shared with my husband since he got the hot chicken and waffles that didn’t have any sides. Highly recommend for a relatively affordable breakfast cafe.

Came on a Saturday morning with a group, so obviously we expected the wait time to be a little longer than normal but it was ridiculous. It took two hours to have breakfast here. When we arrived we were sat down and then did not get seen by our waitress for 40 minutes. Then after we finally ordered drinks we waited another 20 minutes until we could even put in the food order. The food took an incredibly long time to come out. When it did, my eggs were cold, sausage patties dry and was not even that good. We then had to wait again to even get someone to bring us our check. Our waitress ignored us and was incredibly disgruntled. Overall terrible experience, would not bother coming here again.

I ordered the eggs, biscuit and gravy with waffle for my side. The chicken sausage gravy is amazing. The seasoning in the gravy is very present and flavorful.
My daughter’s chicken and waffle with fruit was fantastic. The chicken breading is great and it was cooked to perfection. Both waffles were crispy outside with soft interior as a waffle should be.
We sat at the bar and our server/bartender (Elizabeth) worked HARD. She’s pleasant and busts a move!!! I saw her mix a drink and for those who like Bloody Marys- she’s the bartender to make it because it looks stout. LOL.
I highly recommend this place!!

First time visiting the flying biscuit. My veggie scramble was delicious. The pancake tacos were a win. This place has very generous portions. Our server was friendly. Will definitely return next time we are in town.

Worth the wait! Strong Mimosas. Fluffy biscuits, cheesy grits, omelet very tasty! Crispy exterior waffle, but light a fluffy inside. Seasoned chips with a huge tasty quesadilla. Everything was great. My daughter said, “The best meal I have had since we got here.” we were on Spring break, and this was our last day…LOL.
