Amazing brunch spot! The best biscuits and beverages. The grits are also fantastic! We had a group of 6 and our server was lovely, patient, and responsive. Expect a wait. This place always seems busy, especially on weekends. The wait is worth it.

We went on a Wednesday and were able to get seated right away but we heard that the weekends are busy. Bry was our bartender and I’m glad we sat at the bar. For an overcast day, Bry was a ball of sunshine. She gave good recommendations, made sure we had what we needed, and prepped the best drinks! Food was tasty but my sausage pattys were a bit overdone and cold but I did get an extra biscuit. I loved the decor and the all the Halloween spirit. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but glad we found this gem in Briar Creek! We will be back!

Love this place!! Delicious burger cooked perfectly to the temp requested, with truffle fries?! Yes, please! Caramel brûlée coffee is so yummy, iced or hot. And the biscuit, of course!! My server, Lucie, is a sweetheart, and was attentive without being “too much.” I will be back! Thanks, Flying Biscuit Brier Creek!

Chill atmosphere, kitschy and vibrant. Artwork and wall decorations appear to be custom work. It’s unique, but well put together.
Food is excellent with both standard breakfast and brunch fare, and decent amount of local favorites and specialty items. Nice variety on the menu, but overall I would consider the food to be uniquely American in style with Southern influence. Recommend the dirty chai, also has cool mixed drinks.
Service has always been excellent every time we have been there. Well trained and helpful staff who are used to managing a busy restaurant.

Another great visit and a wonderful breakfast! We didn’t have to wait for our mid-morning brunch, and the service was quick and friendly. The food arrived hot, fresh, and fast. I ordered the (not-so) mini grits bowl—it was packed with flavor, and I’d definitely get it again. Portions are generous, so we left with plenty of leftovers. And don’t forget the complimentary biscuits with apple spread—they’re a must! We’ll be back!!

I was seated quickly and all the staff were very good. Biscuits and gravy were fine. The problem is the noise. I almost left before being seated. I thought it was perhaps just a momentary issue, but it is very loud and constant. I opened a sound level meter on my phone to get an unbias measure. At my table the avg reading was 85 dba with peaks to 95 dba. It was very loud. I did rather like the salad.

Had a great first time experience and loved the welcoming atmosphere. Waited less than 5 mins and was waited by a wonderful server named Victoria. The biscuits were fluffy and the meggxican Burrito was worth the leftovers.
Update: Tried the spicy chicken quesadilla and it was amazing. Nice and crispy with a ton of stuffing.

I had the Eggs Benedict and it was very good. When walking into the restaurant, as a single person, unfortunately I was greeted by a young man who immediately pushed me to the bar to sit down. I felt this was a slight, but then I asked for a table. I think a customer should be able to sit where they would like, without being pushed to a certain location. There were plenty of open tables.
The service was good. The coffee was weak and I had to return it and exchange it for an Americano. If you like stronger, coffee, then don’t get the basic coffee. The Americano was good.
Price for the food seems acceptable for this type of breakfast. Overall, I give it a 4 star.
