If you’re “in your Chinese era,” and want to try food you see on social media from China, this is the place to go!

I drove half an hour to come try the food, and I was so excited to see authentic Chinese food on the menu! I ended up order six different dishes and they were all amazing. The hand pulled noodles were great, and the beef tendon was really good! I mixed some of the garlic bok choy into my beef noodles and it leveled it up even more.

I left here very happy, and with plenty of to go boxes. You truly get your money’s worth, and I hope this place stays around! I am going to try my best to make it a weekly trip here.

Authentic Chinese meals. Everything tasted amazing and you can tell it was made by people who use and care about traditional flavors.
The soup dumplings were perfect, thin skin, juicy inside, and full of rich broth. The beef and cucumber was insanely good: tender, flavorful, and not greasy at all, with just the right balance of freshness from the scallions and cucumbers. The Lanzhou beef noodle soup was the highlight for me, fresh, hand tossed and cut noodles. It was a deep, savory broth with real heat, generous portions of beef, chickpeas, and fresh bok choy.
This place feels like a hidden gem. If you want real Chinese food, not watered-down versions, this is absolutely worth the visit. Definitely will be visiting again.

Great place for Chinese food specially for soup noodles. Saved me hours of driving to Raleigh for getting same quality food. fresh opened restaurant so it is clean and organized. They are the one of very few Chinese restaurants have liquor menu. Will try other items through the time. But so far the noodles definitely hit on spot.

If you’re looking for authentic Chinese handmade noodles, this is your spot. We had the hand-pulled noodle soup, stir fried knife-cut noodles and the soup buns, they’re all fresh, flavorful and beyond delicious!

They also offer discount for military, first responders, educators and students! We’ll definitely come back again! Give this place a try, you will not disappoint!

Noodles are house made, and you can watch them be made to order. Food was fresh and delicious, especially the soup dumplings. For two entrees and one appetizer, expect to pay around $40-$45 depending on your selections. Overall, reasonable prices considering the quality of the food is so good. Will definitely be back to try more items!

They had a sign outside advertising 15% off but unfortunately we did not see that on our bill. It was so busy that I didn’t feel like bringing it up, but they deserved full price for how good it was!

Today, after Church, I had some stuff I do in Fayetteville (Ramsey St)so I treated myself to lunch. I went to the Flying Bear (formerly known as Rockin’ Crab. New owners). This place is good. Asian cuisine. They specialize in Ramen with homemade noodles. They serve Asian food cooked in a wok too. You can watch them make the noodles through a window. This stuff is fresh and it’s worth the trip. I ordered the house special with seafood, beef brisket, chicken and fried egg. I also had a salad with fried shrimp. They serve many other things that are not Ramen. Very good.

Came here on a date with my husband and needless to say, we will definitely be coming back. I appreciate that the noodles are all made to order and you can really taste that. It’s much more clean tasting than your standard noodle restaurant. I did order the chili oil with noodles with brisket, but got a little weirded out by how much fat it had and the look of it (I thought it was tripe at first); the food runner was kind enough to switch out my meat for me. It definitely had some heat to it!

The soup dumplings are TO DIE FOR!!!!! I wish I got three orders of that for my dinner, I couldn’t believe how good it was.

My server had a ton of tables (10+) at once and I felt so bad for her because she looked stressed. I hope they can get another server in because managing that many tables is overwhelming!

Thank you!!

We got a mix of food and were very impressed! The portions were very well sized, especially for the price. The soup dumplings and steamed buns were very tasty, and the noodle soups were fresh and flavorful! The chicken and french fries were good, as well.

I always prefer freshly-hand-pulled noodles. You can also customize the shape of the noodles! I got the belt noodles for mine which are yum. The potstickers are fresh and tasty too!

Really good. Their noodles are actually hand-pulled and the broth is incredible. The cheese pockets were my favorite, they’re full of really gooey mozzarella cheese
