I’ve visited the Flour Girl several times. On this occasion we had the ham and cheese panini, which was good, and the cranberry turkey (on a wrap) which was like 87% lettuce and a bit disappointing. The coffee has gotten increasingly better, but it’s very sweet – my pistachio latte with “less syrup” still had 5 pumps. Overall I’ve enjoyed my experience here and feel like the three buildings increase the appeal of the center of town, but my last order costs them a star or two in my opinion.

The Flour Girl Cafe is nestled in the heart of Hebron Center and serves mouth watering sandwiches, wraps, soups, sweet treats, specialty coffee, and smoothies. I frequent Flour Girl and have never been disappointed with their food. I’d recommend stopping by Flour Girl for Breakfast or Lunch.

We love this place! Very popular and busy! Quick and great service. We had a couple bakery treats, breakfast and coffee.

A Little gem! Happened to stop by this place by chance it was a very cute café. The roast beef sandwich was delicious and the peach shaken iced tea was refreshing.

It was a huge surprise when I found out me and my sister had booked a Doctors appointment on the same day! We had about 45 minutes in between the appointments, so we decided to get a quick lunch around the area. Especially because we both drive 30-45 minutes to get to our doctor’s office. In my search of a place to eat, I saw this cafe and I knew I wanted to try it out.

Really cute place!! The food is fresh with unique flavorful options that truly stand out from the rest. We had the autumn breakfast sandwich and wakeup wrap and highly recommend them! Nitro cold brew and ice coffee are very nice with slight hazelnut notes in them.

My wife and I have driven by this place almost every day for the past year. Today was the day we decided to finally stop in, and I am so glad we did. This place was amazing. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches, and I got a smoothie too. They were both delicious. Service was great as well. Very quick and polite. I will definitely be coming back soon.

From a cottage baker selling bread off of her front porch, to opening both the Flour Girl Cafe and Bakery! What a great story. Cafe has wonderful sandwiches and soups. Employees always have a smile to greet guests. A 25 minute drive from home for me, but worth it…especially now that the bakery is open. Keep up the good work!

Amazing. 10/10. I work in restaurants and have all of my life. I live in and around Willimantic, and I’m so sick of the sad breakfast places that close at 1 or paying $50 for two small coffees and some croissants. Flour Girl is worth the drive from the greater Willimantic area. Food was amazing, veggie sausage was fabulous, coffee was great, and the Belgian waffles were a home run. I will be back as a regular. Also fed myself, another adult, and two kids- food and beverage for under $40. Everything was quality. Will be back to have cinnamon buns from the bakery ASAP.

Haven’t been in the area for a while, went looking for “Something Simple” and found something new lol, Flour Girl. Not sure if it’s always this busy (it was Father’s Day) but there was a large crowd on the café side so we went to the bakery side and bought two blueberry muffins to go, and couldn’t resist buying a brownie and chocolate chip cookie for later. All were delicious, I can see why it drew such a crowd! The muffin was moist and airy with plenty of blueberries throughout and delicious crumb topping, so good! The cookie and brownie were equally fantastic. We will definitely return, surely Flour Girl will be here for years to come : )
