We were shocked by our valentines day experience. We booked our reservation, but we were not told that there were 3 reservation times and they wouldn’t seat our 6:30 reservation until the entire previous reservation had left. So there were about 40 of us sitting in the pro shop until 7 p.m. waiting to be seated. We were also not told there was a fixed menu, which we dont mind, but it would have been nice to know. There were 2 servers for the entire place, which made service not so good, even though the waitresses were nice and working hard. The Caesar salads tasted like unwashed lettuce and cheese, our entrees were good though. We asked for our desserts to be boxed up prior to receiving them so we could leave, and they added the ice cream, so we had melted slop when we got home. The most disheartening aspect of our night was the atmosphere. Scotch tape to hold cords onto the walls, chandeliers held up by key chain rings, dirty windows, moldy grout on the floor, a vacuum sitting out at the entrance. We arent usually picky people but we spent $75/person for this meal, indicating a nice and fancy experience. To top it off, there was a “21% large party gratuity” added to our 2-person meal check, so we were forced to pay $212 for an experience that we were so dissatisfied with. We will not be returning.
Another thing to mention, we were lost when trying to find the restaurant, and we asked a security guard where to go, who had to call someone because he didn’t know there was even a restaurant in the pro shop.

Overall, the restaurant is a great choice for those looking to enjoy a meal with a view, especially for golf enthusiasts or visitors seeking a picturesque setting.
I loved the Wedge Salad and my friend had the Chicken Cesar salad and our server was friendly but you could tell she was running to serve the guests with efficiently. Thank you Rocio. The atmosphere is enhanced by the beautiful lake views, making it a pleasant spot for a meal. A great place to relax and grab a great meal!

This place is a gem. The chef prepares casual and cuisine, and accommodates the occasional request and the drinks are well done too. It is a great place to go whether you want casual or just somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. The staff is warm, friendly, and welcoming!
Then there’s the view … it’s amazing and all the atmosphere you need. This is a favorite!

We came for your Valentines Day special.
My brie with toast points was more like warm Huckleberry yogurt with a thin tough brie layer on top.
We chose the Halibut entree that was way overdone, not a flakey bite in sight.
The dinner for two priced at $150.00 was very disappointing

Great service, incredible views, and very good food! Recommend taking the boat trip in season from the resort to the golf course. Just a great experience!

The $25 floating green margarita is nothing but a large glass of orange juice. After golf my foursome ordered four of them and left most on the table. All agreed zero tequila and all oj. Horrible. The ahi tacos were also disappointing. A small sliver of ahi in each taco. Nice view but just get a beer and leave it at that.

UPDATE: The restaurant responded asking me to email them so they could contact me about this experience. They never replied or called me. Don’t be fooled by these review responses, they are not making it right with customers and obviously not doing anything about it if you read recent reviews.
Two of us ordered the Southwest Salad, which includes guacamole on the menu. When the salads arrived without the guacamole, the server said they were out. But another dish had avocado on top, so I asked for avocado. The server said I would be CHARGED EXTRA for the avocado, even though I was already paying for guacamole that was missing. I said that wasn’t right, and magically she came back with two sides of guacamole, that she just said they were out of. This is on top of needing to get up and find the server to order, and then again to get our bill. I expect far more from a restaurant attached to the Coeur d’Alene golf course and Hagadone. Won’t be bringing guests back again.

Great location overlooking the “Floating Green” inside the gates of the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course. Its a small restaurant/cafe attached to the pro shop, indoor and patio seating (patio seating is the way to go). Not a huge menu, but good food, good portions and good service. Great place to meet friends for late lunch and a beer or complete your after-action debrief of your earlier golf round.

Great food! Awesome atmosphere! Just super slow service (over an hour to get our appetizers to the table).

Beautiful spot to have a meal! Unfortunately service is slow, even just getting a beer takes forever. Not sure why they ask for feedback but don’t seem to be making any changes. We ordered an appetizer which showed up after two of our four meals ordered, and after I asked why we didn’t receive it. No offer to comp it or even an apology, pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Won’t be back!
