The flamingo is a great place to have breakfast especially although they also have lunch. The waiters were extremely nice and joked around with me and my family as we are ordering our food. It took a little bit for them to make our food but it definitely was worth the wait of a nice homegrown business. I would definitely recommend pancakes omelets basically all the breakfast food there I wish I could have it all! The location isn’t the best and there’s limited parking spaces in the morning when they have breakfast when it’s really busy as well but overall it’s a great place to eat and I would go there again and again and again

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but the food is fabulous! I always get the same thing each time we go for breakfast…bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The best anywhere around! And their is one waitress who has been there forever ( I forget her name ) but she is the sweetest!

Waitress gets too overwhelmed and terrible timing. We got there before 11am but she didnt take our order until 10 after, saying the special was over. I expressed to her that we in fact came before 11 and she just huffed and rolled her eyes.. “I’ll give it to you anyway”.
For someone who is dependant on tips to make her ends meet, I find it offensive to be so rude. I’ve waitressed an bartended for over 22 years. We pick our jobs. I didn’t pick it for her. If it makes you miserable? Quit.
It would be nice to have a friendly server. Won’t be back. Will NOT recommend.

I love eating at The Flamingo Diner. The food is delicious, the prices are very reasonable and the manager and staff are very friendly. I call it my dietary spa treatment because the food is like homecooking – comforting!

Second trip here. Small dinner with limited menu, which is not a bad thing.
Like the choices and staff is very friendly.
I passed by this place for years, till somebody suggested I try it.
My suggestion is try it. No huddle and bussle and limited choices between Berwick and Nanticoke.
I will be back.

Slow service.. took 10 mins for thge waitress to ask us what we wanted to drink and another 25 mins to take our order.. cooks in the kitchen with a fan blowing their hair around.. plus of the visit good prices…wont be back
