Usually very satisfied with quality and quantity. Tonight was very disappointing. Not much chicken with the plate or bowl.
At $34.00 for two bowls and one plate you expect more. We will probably not be back for a while.

I love Flame Broiler. Having said that, this one sucks. I don’t know if it is management or the employees but they don’t serve enough chicken, the sauces don’t ever work correctly, and the guys are constantly doing things other than working. I’ve told their corporate office but they do nothing about it. I’ve included photos to show that they under serve the food.

very dissapointed in the cold and precooked meats, the beef and the chicken that were served in the two bowls I ordered togo today. I came to try this place out with a coupon, thinking to give this store it a try as I never had “Flame Broiler” before. As the brand states Flame Broiler… one would think the food comes out freshly grilled on that 550Deg stove.. But what was served to me, when I opened it at home, were beef and chicken that were probaby precooked in the morning in larger batch, and slowly used up over the course of the day. The meats were cold and hard, lack of any tenderness and very dry. We all know what a freshly grilled meat should taste like.. And this sure ain’t it. thank God I didn’t pay full price for this. Guys, get real with serving up what your customer deserves, and what your brand represents. The short menu is already simple enough, so at least give it your best in deliverying it in a hot and freshly cook way.

Restaurant “OPEN” sign was turned off at 6pm. The location looked like it was closed.
I saw no employee so I had to walk inside to make sure it was still open. I placed my order and was charged for the wrong size drink. The portions were significantly smaller than when I order a smaller size bow, this was confusing. Good to know not to spend money at a place that purposely tried to look like it was closed

Incredibly rude staff that will charge you more than the posted menu prices. After asking why its more than the posted menu they said “well thats an old menu, I don’t have white meat anyway so you wanna wait 20 minutes or what?” Well change the menu on the wall. They refused to lower the price after pointing out what their menu said. Definitely won’t be back to this location with staff like that.

The food here is usually pretty good. Today I ordered my usual to-go plate. The cabbage salad looked like it had been sitting in the container for awhile and found some rotting pieces in it so it was not edible. Not sure if the guys are putting in the side condiments (the orange and the cabbage salad) in advance to save time. Not a good idea. Fresh is always best when it comes to vegies and fruit. Chicken and rice, as always, was excellent.

i stopped going to this location because I’ve given it so many chances in the past. They’re always out of product. Repeatedly they’ve been out of rib meat. Thought I’d give them a try today for dinner because its been awhile…and they were out of chicken. I’m never going to this location ever again, and I’ll make sure people know how ridiculous this location is. The one off of Alicia is sooo much better

I get that its fast food but doesn’t seem all that healthy to me. Rice portion was HUGE, the meat was really fatty and without sauce it just seemed to bland and dry. I wasn’t too impressed. I get that there is no MSG and its healthier than other fast food options, but for the same amount of carbs, I’d rather have a steak sandwich.
