Founded by Country Artist Erica Nicole, The FIX Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is an upscale sports bar & lounge that offers a variety of food options from the famous burger to nachos, to steak frites, to pork ribs. We used The Fix to cater our October wedding and they knocked it out of the park! Erica was communicative, flexible, and reliable. She genuinely cares about going above and beyond. The food was great and the staff service they provided was equally amazing! Big shoutout to their Chef Debbie who prepared a tasting for us and served at our wedding. She is also one of the kindest souls and went above and beyond for us!

During our visit to Cashiers NC we visited The Fix on two occasions and each time the food was fabulous! The menu states to be patient because they prepare upon order, so if you have to wait it will be worth it. I highly recommend a reservation even if they tell you it’s not necessary. Our first dinner was the rosemary chicken with pasta and it was so delicious, the chicken was nice and moist; overall the flavors were terrific. Our second visit I enjoyed an Expresso Martini, zucchini petals with the Fix burger, all of it excellent! The place looks like a hole in the wall, has the atmosphere of a sports bar with phenomenal food!

Absolutely loved our first visit to The Fix—already wondering why we waited so long! We’ve been coming to Sapphire Valley for years and finally gave this spot a try. We ordered nearly every appetizer (no regrets), and the fried avocado and crab was a standout. We thought it tasted great, but it was a cold dip—we would’ve loved it warm instead. That’s truly the only thing we’d change, and just a personal preference!
We went on a Monday night and had the nicest guy serving us—he was also the bartender and super accommodating. With four small kids, we’re always a little nervous trying somewhere new, but he made the experience smooth and enjoyable for all of us.
The food was amazing, the atmosphere was cozy, and the whole vibe was just right. The giant pretzel? A must. Pork shanks? Surprisingly delicious. Fried rice was just okay for us, but the kids devoured it. Obviously the Brussels were just right too. The burger was fantastic, and the cobbler and brownie desserts sealed the deal.
10/10—we’ll be back every time we visit. Can’t recommend it enough!

Hands down the best bartender I’ve ever had. Kristen’s personality is electric—super outgoing, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to—but what really sets her apart is how insanely good she is at her craft. She knows her drinks inside and out and makes a mean cocktail. Every drink was perfectly balanced, creative, and made with confidence. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that energy carries through the entire experience. If you want great vibes, top-tier cocktails, and a bartender who elevates the whole night, ask for Kristen! Absolute standout!

We are from Dallas, and we have great places to have breakfast lunch and dinner. And the fix was terrific! I had linguine to die for with loads of chicken and great sauce! The SERVICE could not have been any better. She was a sweetheart and had to work all by herself, which was a shame Because she certainly could have used the help. We gave Kimberly a large Tip because she certainly did deserve it. we plan on having breakfast on our way to the airport. I know it will be Wonderful and tasty. A great way to start the day!

I can’t say enough how much I love The Fix! Such a cute little place with a friendly staff! They are always so nice and always take time to talk to us! They have an area for dinners and also a bar! They have live music often! Their Okra is my favorite starter!! The Fix fried rice is amazing as well! Nothing I have ever tried here has ever disappointed! My favorite little date night place. We are here on vacation. Read that the food was good here so we stopped in. As of right now we have been sitting here for an hour and a half. The bartender has literally ran at least 5 couples off before even getting their drink order from being extremely rude to customers. When we’re were seated, a very nice woman from the kitchen got our drink order. After 45 minutes, my wife asked the bar tender if our waitress may have forgotten about us since we were in the back room out of line of sight for the cook that was filling in for the waitress. The bartender was very rude and told my wife that she could sit down and be patient. The wife was being very respectful and just politely asking if we were forgotten.
So as I have sat here writing this review, the rude bartender has ran off another elderly couple and a nice family of four.
I have never witnessed such rudeness and unprofessional conduct in a place of business. I also do not give bad reviews for no reason like many do these days, but this is behavior in a place of business is absolutely unacceptable, especially in what I was told is a family friendly environment when we walked in.
We are going on an hour and 45 minutes, I was going to wait to submit the review until we at least tasted the food but at this point there is nothing that could make this experience better than one star. If my kids were not here waiting on food and anything was very close by, we would have already walked out. For anyone in management that might care, the waitress is the rude brunette wearing glasses.
Decided to hold off before submitting this review. Food pretty good but not worth the cost. $28 for steak nachos.

Our experiences at The Fix are noteworthy as you decide where to have breakfast or dinner while in Cashiers or Sapphire NC.
Yesterday was my birthday and the first restaurant we went to for breakfast did not earn our business – we left.
We then went to The Fix and were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome, promptly seated and had immediate drink service by Taylor. She and the back of the house exceeded our expectations! Our breakfast was outstanding, such that we went back for my birthday dinner.
Greeted by the waitress at dinner who also noted my husband had called and asked menu questions just several hours earlier. Immediately sat and drink order taken. Then greeted by the owner. Noteworthy they are just about to finish their first year. My husband just retired from the industry after 40+ years and serves on the Executive Board for the SC Restaurant and Lodging Association was MOST impressed with our total experience, as was I. He even went and tipped the back of the house where Taylor was working, on her 12th plus hour!!!
To top it off, they remembered it was my birthday and they delivered the most delicious apple crumble and ice cream desert, what a way to end my birthday! Thank you to The Fix!

We ordered the Fried Okra starter, Asian Pork Shanks, and also the Fried Chicken Salad, and they were all delicious. The Seasoned Fried Rice with the Pork Shanks was great. Our server was a hard worker and did a fabulous job. Highly recommended!

Came in as a party of nine with a reservation at noon on a Sunday. It took twenty minutes for them to get our drink order and then another twenty to receive waters. We ordered a bottle of champagne and when we asked where it was the bartender said they didn’t serve bottles. After another ten minutes they finally found ONE bottle in the restaurant. When receiving the food they were passing out incorrect plates and running away before we could say anything and never returned to check on us so we were stuck eating incorrect items. We have now finished and have been waiting twenty minutes for our server who has yet to return to check on us. One out of five stars on the service, definitely needs improvement. Four stars on food because it actually was very good, one star redacted because we got the wrong orders and our brussel sprouts were swimming in sauce defeating the point of eating a vegetable.
