I love this little gem of a place! The staff is awesome, very friendly and always happy to answer any questions about their menu items. Everything about this place is amazing . It very welcoming when you walk in from the staff to just the atmosphere it’s self . I’ve been coming here for years . I use to drive from other side of Raleigh just to go to this location . They are extremely festive (I love holidays) . They have giveaways, host events , have punch cards etc . They are really great . Family business with two great beautiful sisters .. you can’t go wrong I’ve came here to just sit and work one day just because I knew the vibe would be great . The smoothies are great, I LOVE how they have combos and a very well organized store , menu and online view and presentation of their shop! Everything is categorized in case you are looking to try a certain thing. Customer service overall was great! As a first time customer I felt very comfortable. I love their positive attitude. Positive vibess . I love it . They help with any questions & have various options ! This is the best nutrition i’ve been in all North Carolina ! Literally .

First time here. Was in the area and just googled the closest smoothie place.
Tried the banana cinnamon oatmeal smoothie. Tasted amazing! I think this place may (not positive) be geared more towards fitness as opposed to a place like Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie. They are meal replacement shakes basically. Good for me because it was late afternoon and I hadn’t eaten yet today. I did come in fully dressed in a dress and makeup and felt silly at first when I saw a handful of people come through in gym clothes, but the girl at the counter was super sweet and nice and helped me out without making me feel out of place. Place is super clean, staff was really nice and everything was reasonably priced. I’ll definitely stop in again

My husband and I been coming here since 2020 and the girls are always so consistent – same great vibe every time. I’ve learned so much from them and they just make you feel at home, you know? They’re super helpful and their customer service is honestly amazing!! Love them!
