We had great hospitality from Scott at the bar. He happily pointed out the best of the menu.
Don’t skip the dry rub BBQ wings. Possibly the best chicken wing I have had in years. Moist inside, crispy outside, addictive spice blend that you want to lick off your fingers. A homemade ranch dressing that adds to the entire experience.
We opted for milkshakes. Fantastic. 11 out of 10. And for those that know it — better than a milkshake from Cookout. Great value & price point at $7. Oreo > vanilla
Followed Scott’s recommendations on the burgers — The Stark and a Phenomenal.
Stark was the winner. The thin sliced jalapeno added a freshness that we needed in this heavy meal. Phenomenal — the egg was cooked perfectly & not too runny, the bacon exactly as crispy as I wanted it to be.
I was craving some fresh vegetables by this point in the meal. So next time I’ll try a burger salad bowl or The Crunchy.
We will definitely be back for the wings and dessert! And it was a very good value — all that for about $70 (we didn’t drink alcohol).
We were seated in the front room right by the entrance, with tables lined along the windows. It felt like an overflow area, separate from everything. If you’re with a big group or have kids who need space, it might work, but it wasn’t what we were looking for. I asked to move to the bar area instead, the atmosphere was way better, loud music, fun decor, and a more lively feel overall.
We ordered the Huckleberry vodka lemonade and it was so good. Refreshing, not too sweet, not too strong.I can’t remember the exact name of the burger I got, but the flavor was different. It was a little overcooked and huge, like, hard-to-bite-into huge but still enjoyable.
My favorite part of the meal was the pretzels. Hot, soft, and the mustard dip had the perfect tangy.
The menu has a decent range of burger options and a few other things I’d like to try next time, so I’d definitely go back.
Great staff with A+ service and very conveniently located just a few minutes away from WPI. I can’t wait to try it again.
The burgers are top-notch, made with fresh ingredients and creative toppings that elevate the traditional burger experience. I had the Fix Burger, which was cooked to perfection with a juicy patty, melted cheese, and a tangy special sauce. My friends tried the BBQ Burger and Veggie Burger, and they were equally impressed by the bold flavors and generous portions.
The atmosphere is lively and modern, with a great selection of craft beers to pair with your meal. The milkshakes are a must-try, especially the chocolate peanut butter one, which was creamy and indulgent. The service was friendly and quick, ensuring a great dining experience.
Prices are in the range of $20 to $30 per person, which is fair considering the quality and portion sizes. Whether you’re craving a classic burger or something more adventurous, The Fix Burger Bar offers a variety of options to satisfy any appetite. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
