As a fellow vegan restaurant owner, my expectations are pretty high whenever we eat out. The Fix is our go to spot for vegan eats in KC. They absolutely NEVER miss. Great food, friendly service and a clearly marked menu for those that have other dietary restrictions. Don’t skip the sweets.

We tried The Fix KC for brunch and I’m already planning our next visit. Everything we ordered was incredible — the pancakes were fluffy and perfectly sweet, the sausage & gravy biscuits were pure comfort food, and the French toast was spot-on. We also built our own burger and it was loaded with flavor.
The shakes (Oreo, chocolate, and strawberry) were all amazing — rich, creamy, and the kind you don’t want to share. Dining in is self-service, but the setup is easy and the food comes out fast. You’d never guess any of it was vegan. The Fix KC is a total win for both plant-based eaters and anyone who just loves great food.

Comfortable and hip space, order at the counter and they bring it to you. We had the chicken fried “chicken” and kimchi “chicken” sandwich. Everything was so delicious and flavorful all served hot; brief wait. The breading on the chicken was crunchy, generous sides of mashed potatoes and fries respectively. The green beans were fresh and tasty! And my husband liked it too!

This is funky and fun vegan food! Everything is plant based. My husband ate with us and he is a meat eater and enjoyed his meal. You will not be lacking the decadence of comfort food here. It is so yummy! I had the Nashville Hot “Chicken” sandwich. It was fire! It had hot sauce, pickles, macNcheese, ranch on a brioche bun. All of it was made in house and all plant based. This is really quality goodness. Do not miss out. It is casual, cool, the food is good, and vegan.

Have been wanting to try The Fix for a while now, finally made it down for a lunch date, and so glad I did! Adorable spot with an eclectic and welcoming vibe! We couldn’t decide with so many options so split the Avocado TLT and Carolina Chicken Sammie. Both sandwiches were huge and came with an abundant side of fries. The Carolina Chicken Sammie was crispy, smokey, and the slaw on top hit the spot Bought a chocolate chip and cranberry scone to bring home but devoured before a picture Cannot WAIT to return for the weekend brunch and mozzarella sticks

A rustic interior that’s beautiful to look at. The staff are incredibly attentive and kind. You can tell they love their job and are treated good by their manager. The self service is so amazing, we can get our own ketchup, salt/pepper, to go boxes, napkins and more at our own convenience. The food is obviously phenomenal and wide variety. I’m obsessed and this is for sure going to be the new spot for me!

First time coming to eat at The Fix and my experience went quite well. The ordering process was smooth and it didn’t take too long to get our meals. The meals were absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the Chicken Sammie, it was quite spicy with a good amount of seasoning. The “chicken” of course was just a tiny bit tough to bite into, but that’s to be expected with fake meat. But it was still quite enjoyable especially with the coleslaw. The milkshake with the fries (separate and together) were TOO good. My Friend had the Crunchwrap with beans and veggie inside which was also quite delicious. Full of flavor and filling.
Additional info: When needing silverware, cups, and to go boxes, you go up and get it yourself.

The food is amazing!! I was surprised to learn everything here is vegan. I got the Nashville burger and my dad got the fried burrito. The serving sizes are large and fair for the price. The food quality is amazing and everything was very flavorful. The interior is also super cute!! Loved this place so much, will definitely been returning.
