This place is fantastic. It has gone through its ups and downs with old ownership but the new group is fantastic. I had a small issue with my food but when i told The server a manager came and fixed it immediately. I have never been one to leave a bad review if I can Speak to a manager. Talk about service. The events they have are great! The new decor looks great!

Do not have an celebration of life here. Flowers were delivered but not to our venue. I had to ask them about some that they finally found but not all. Songs not able to be provided that my father had picked out to be played before he passed. No music. Had a beautiful end of life for my father last weekend. Besides receiving zero flowers because they are disorganized and we weren’t able to play any music because they brought us in a ghetto karaoke box last minute after my stepmom went and tested the main system the day before so there were would be no problems day of. Then they decided day of that they weren’t going to do it that way. No music. Chandler’s is a horrible event venue especially for a Celabration of life. We never got the flowers and have no idea who sent any besides the people that told us afterwards. Then they wouldn’t return our calls. Still no call after speaking to a manager and them telling me the general manager would call me the next day. This is not something we can do over. It breaks my heart for the way they treated us. The prosciutto was rotten, fyi. Besides all this, we had a great turnout and it was a beautiful room. Very disorganized. Open bar but bartender chasing people around for tabs until I told them this is open. Very unorganized. Would not recommend for this type of event.

My family and I rented out the large room here and it was the most magical experience. The views literally brought tears to my eyes! The customer service and detail that was provided to us was on another level. My family and I had such a beautiful time here and I highly highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it.
