Went here for breakfast and it was ok. Tried the pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream with a side of O’Brien potatoes and my husband tried the Cajun breakfast. My pancakes were decent and the strawberries and cream were good. The potatoes were seasoned nicely and crispy, but I expected the onions and potatoes to be nice and cooked as well, but they were just on top of the potatoes. My husband liked his breakfast, but it wasn’t the best Cajun breakfast he has had.
Very cute restaurant and the server was great!
I’m excited to come back and try what they have on the dinner menu.
Adding a star for our second visit. The servers are so great and nice. I got the eggs Benedict with sweet potato puffs this time and I really enjoyed it. The muffin was cooked really well, I like the hollandaise, and the sweet potato puffs were delicious!
My husband liked his skillet and said the ham was good. Very tasty!

My husband had the turkey dinner and I had the clubhouse. He said his dinner was good. My sandwich was ok. I thought the cheese was cheddar which isn’t my favorite…turns out it was like Kraft American singles which was disappointing. We had a great server though and the atmosphere was nice. We may go back just to hang out for a drink or something. Not sure if we’d eat there again though

Came here on a Sunday morning, the place was busy and for good reason. The food was delicious and the service was to the point but kind. The servings were huge and warm and we really enjoyed our meal. The other patrons were definitely a blue collar group and the atmosphere is certainly laid back so don’t come here expecting a high end brunch environment. That doesn’t mean this place shouldn’t be attracting a younger crowd because the food and prices are amazing, just wanting to ensure people don’t come here expecting something it isn’t.

People come here to feel at home. It’s a comfy, cozy place with unassuming food at a good value. You’ll feel like you’re eating at Grandma’s. That said, people like to stick around, so you better wait in line for the bathroom. 😉

Great food and affordable prices. I love that they gave you a little pitcher of coffee so you can refill anytime. You can choose pancakes and sweet potato puffs for your sides is awesome

I had the absolute best experience at The Fireside. It was my first time there and the owner greeted our table and gave my 4 month old a bib. I had a delicious steak sandwich. Husband loved the prime rib. The server Erica was great!

Such an awesome dive bar. The prices are perfect for the food you get. The portions are great. The servers are so kind. The seating isn’t very comfortable and the tables are just a tad too small, but this place is totally worth your time. Such great bar food!!!

The perfect example of a neighborhood bar. Family friendly, good food, great prices, and awesome staff. They have a small outdoor dining area too. I mainly eat breakfast here but have had dinner a few times and it was good but the breakfast is better.
