I’m gonna be honest I was a little skeptical at first to try this place. I’ve had some friends say that it’s good and others say that it’s not very good. My wife and I we’re meeting up with a friend and she said that this place is really good. I think I’m gonna have to agree with her. I found the food to be pretty good. We shared the chips with spinach dip, and it was delicious. They also have house made specialty lemonades. I got a classic burger and it was good. My only complaint is that the patty could’ve used more seasoning. Overall, a pretty good restaurant. Claire was our waitress and she was super friendly and did such a great job. She would check up on us throughout our meal and got us anything that we needed. The restaurant was also very clean.

I always have a great experience every time I come in! Jazmin is an amazing bartender — friendly, attentive, and always makes sure our drinks are perfect. The owner is just as wonderful and helpful, making everyone feel welcome. You can really tell they care about their customers and the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for great service and a great time!

Got sat really quickly when we came in around noon and had the red hook shrimp, tavern fish and shrimp and shrimp scampi. To be 3/3 for quality and deliciousness especially when it comes to seafood is insane. It was sooooooo good, down to the bread I had with my scampi!! And it was discounted big beer to making it all the better!!

I visited Firehouse Grill with a group of seven, hoping for a good experience, but unfortunately, it fell short. The atmosphere was lively and perfect for sports fans, with plenty of TVs and good music, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. However, the service was disappointing. While our waitress was friendly, she seemed disengaged and rarely checked on us, our drinks were empty most of the time. She opted to memorize our order instead of writing it down, which led to mistakes that were never corrected despite her acknowledgment.
As for the food, it was a mixed bag. My wife enjoyed her meal, but my brother and I were let down by the steaks. We ordered medium rare, but they were inconsistently cooked rare in some spots and medium rare in others, and lacked any seasoning, leaving them bland and watery. Considering the quality and service, the price did not feel justified. We had called ahead to check on availability and were told they don’t take reservations during football season, but that they weren’t busy, which made the lack of attentiveness even more frustrating. Overall, nothing stood out as impressive, and I wouldn’t recommend Firehouse Grill based on this experience.

This place is great. The food is amazing, serving size is generous. The staff goes far and above to make sure you are comfortable and you have what you need. The atmosphere is fun and nice to be around. I will for sure return to this place and recommend it our all my friends.

The thing I love about this place is the customer service and the friendliness of the staff. It’s very welcoming when we go and the drinks and food is great, just not many options to choose from. But, it’s okay because I liked the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I’ve been to this restaurant in Idaho Falls many times over the years. Each time I come, it’s months in between visits. The experience is never better than just mediocre. Literally every single one of my last 10 visits is the same. Waiters who are marginally helpful, there’s always some part of your order they get wrong, and the food is just okay. It’s not great, it’s not bad, it’s just okay. Today was no different. I took my daughter there because she had never been and it’s what she chose. E tween our appetizer of over cooked and tough steak fingers, to her bowl of Alfredo pasta and my hamburger… there were about 4 different elements that inevitably were discussed but not delivered. It will likely be many months before I would return again. I don’t recommend this place unless you are in the mood and have patience for a mediocre experience especially for a $50 meal between 2 people.
