Didn’t know what to expect from the bistro concept hidden somewhere in woodside but we were blown off our feet with the amazing dinner!
I usually don’t change my mind in restaurant when choosing something at home but the daily offer of petrale sole was amazing! I hesitated to order it for couple of days and how happy I was to wait for this place to have it!
The staff is amazing, we liked the interaction with the waiters…made this place special.
Really fingers crossed for all of you and thanks for amazing experience!
The taste of the dishes is perfect and the service excellent.
Here the food is prepared with love and attention.
Firehouse Bistro is a gem that blends French comfort food with the elegance of fresh, high-quality ingredients—and it absolutely delivers.
I ordered the Kurobuta pork chop, and it was exceptional. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection, it struck a beautiful balance between rustic heartiness and refined flavor. Every bite felt like it had been prepared with intention.
The service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive, patient, and genuinely warm—no rushed orders or robotic exchanges here. It added a human touch that elevated the whole evening.
The atmosphere? Cozy and inviting. Firehouse Bistro has that rare “happy place” vibe where you can relax, savor, and actually enjoy your time out.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Whether you’re a foodie or just want a lovely night out, Firehouse Bistro is more than worth a visit.

Ordered the roasted brussel sprouts starter , filet mignon main and special of the day— lamb cutlets. All three were delicious. Friend paired the beef with Malbec wine- the latter was so- so.
We were so stuffed that we skipped desserts.
