Great dining experience! From the hostesses to the bartender the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I ordered the lamb chop lollipops (highly recommended) and the ramen and was beyond satisfied. Nice restaurant for a romantic dinner, or an outing with the family.

We originally thought it was a steak house, when we got there we found out it wasn’t, We had our hearts set on steak, so we all ordered the Steak Frites. My friends and I have have been to many high quality steak houses, and that being said…our food was phenomenal. The meat cut like butter and tasted perfect. And it was cooked with perfection. I felt the price was reasonable even tho it’s a ski town and prices are usually super high. It was an outstanding dinner.

We got lucky and we’re able to find open spots at the bar this past Thursday night. We both had a few cocktails and enjoyed the ahi tuna nachos, which has become a visit requirement for us every time we come, they are amazing! Thank you Gia at the bar for our great drinks and awesome service!

Delicious lamb lollipops, lobster roll, and swordfish with Pineapple salsa and fennel slaw. White chocolate mousse with blondie bits and fresh berries was our shared dessert. Good service, friendly and efficient.

I write post strictly on the food quality. The food here was the worst I have had in a very long time. The pasta with marinara was literally just a can of tomato juice on pasta. The Cesar salad was over powered with lemon and had bacon that was not edible (hard as concrete). My sons Mac and cheese looked like milk with noodles.. he said it tasted ok.. but he was starving….

Manhattans are delicious. G does a great job making them. Food is good but pricey. Great atmosphere!

Sat outside (COVID times) but indoor is open. Admittedly was skeptical given its at Stratton, but the food was great. The seafood medley pasta was a generous size and the seafood was so fresh! Ahi tuna nacho was great too! Service was solid. Everyone enjoyed the night.

Best dinner in Stratton! Be smart and make a reservation as they are always busy. Our waiter, CJ, was awesome! He was super attentive, helpful, and just a great dude overall. Thanks, CJ we will be back!

My wife and I had dinner at the Fire Tower Restaurant & Tavern twice during our stay at Stratton. Expect resort prices…not cheap for tavern food (see pictures of the menu) but you get a lot of food. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. Nice casual restaurant. Great place to have dinner after a day on the trails.

Average. Drinks were excellent. Food was average at best. If you are charging $50 for a plate of salmon, it should not be overcooked and the rice should not be undercooked and soaked in soy sauce. Was it terrible? No. Was it good? Also no. That being said, the table service was good. The hostesses seemed annoyed that we were there, which was a little odd.
