I had a chance to pick up an Uber order from here this morning. Although, I did not get to taste anything, it smelled amazing. The menu has many options to please any palate. The owner was very pleasant to speak with and had a lovely personality to him which added to the vibe of the place. I can’t wait to try some food, I will definitely be back there soon to retrieve an order for myself at that time.

– I CAN’T STOP COMING HERE!! EVERYTHING! Is SO good! The Ribs! The Fish! They have breakfast all day. The grits are SO good, and the chicken and waffles? MMMM! There’s a one of a kind dessert, Angel Pudding, that is a delicious finish to any meal! Fried Chicken skins, served with hot sauce and blue cheese (this IS Buffalo )– eating these with friends and watching the Bills win, is a WIN-WIN any day!
I should probably mention the mac and cheese… Enough to fill me up, by itself- and even cheesier than the dad jokes you might hear, from the Veteran owner, Rodney. And the yams/sweet potatoes are straight from Moms’ holiday kitchen! They take me right back!

Just visited for the first time, and I have never been blown away like I have been today. First of all, you are greeted by a very friendly and kind staff, as well as the atmosphere itself. It just feels like that kind of place that is filled with laughter, smiles, and good times in general.
They have an amazing selection of comfort foods that you can’t go wrong with, no matter what you order. The prices are really good compared to similar places I’ve seen, and the portions leave you wanting more and a nap at the same time. I highly recommend grabbing some Angel Banana Pudding if possible!
They have a sign on the door that says something along the lines of “smiles found inside”, and they are not wrong. I had a really good conversation with a couple of employees there, and I left the store laughing and with a big smile on my face. I will 100% be returning.

My first time eating here. Mac n cheese was decent. My order was messed up because I asked for potato salad due to the macaroni salad not having tuna. The corn bread was ok nothing to rant about. Now the chicken wings, I asked for extra crispy the chicken wings were not crispy to my liking but they were done and they were tasteless no seasoning whatsoever. I spent $36.98 and only ate the mac n cheese. I had this cookie pudding it was okay nothing to rant about. Will I go back? No but the service was great very friendly

Heard the ads for the Fire Spot on Classic R&B 1400 AM many times… had to find out what this was about. Don’t have restaurants serving chicken and waffles in NE Ontario (Canada). In the past this was a treat when in Long Beach, CA at Roscoe’s. Now there is a ‘local’ WNY option with excellent chicken, and INCREDIBLE waffles. Keep it great… I plan to return !

The food hear is amazing!!!! The portions are huge and you leave very full , the service was above and beyond the owner is extremely engaging and makes you feel like your visiting an old friend i highly recommend this place also do not leave with out trying the biscoff pudding its seriously a lil bit of heaven!

$45 Later ….Fish taste like it was fried in old grease. The chicken skins stunk….didnt taste fresh. Yams were okay. Mac and cheese was sour tasting …not a good blend of the cheeses. Very friendly and professional service but food quality doesnt meet the price or taste value.

Listen, this spot had the most perfectly cooked fish I have ever had. The grits were so on point they made me forget about the perfect piece of fish. My kid got the chicken and waffles. Let’s just say my kid got mad because of taste testing that had happened with her waffle. Wifey got the steak hoagie which is a monster of a hoagie. Thing is packed! Fresh cut fries to with the malt vinegar. Yeah that’s where it’s at. Tell Mr. Wilkinson the Army Vet From Angola sent you.
