Great beer on tap and tons to choose from. If beer is not your thing, all the bartenders are more than capable of making you a delicious cocktail. The music is good when played by staff, otherwise there is TouchTunes available. I did five stars for food, so my rating wouldn’t be low. They don’t really have any food options besides Moke’s pizza or free popcorn. There are always some sort of event going on, whether it be trivia, bingo, drag shows, and themed events. They also have live music. If you’re looking to see music there, I would check out their Instagram or Facebook. They have darts to keep a group entertained. They have a large seating area and a nice bench area for you and others to play a table top game, if you bring one in. Overall Firehouse is a top tier bar downtown! ️ ️⚧️

One of probably the original 20 patrons from when the Firehouse first opened. Used to be treated quite well. After the new owners took over, basically loyalty no longer mattered. Place basically became a pickup joint and mixed drinks took a front seat. Conversations used to be focused on quality craft beer, local farm to table establishments and local music. Now it’s more of a political statement hangout which is fine but you won’t be seeing my wallet make an appearance. Good luck.

Always a delight to grab a pint at this cool place! Great selection for a draft with full bar drink options. Friendly bartenders with an overall fun vibe to this joint. A fav stop in Eau Claire when we visit.

Do you like beer? I’m not talking Coors or Bud Lite, I mean do you REALLY like beer? This is your spot! The board is some twenty feet wide and six feet tall and literally chalk full (written in chalk) of craft beers from pale ales and lagers to thick bourbon stouts. Nearly 40 taps of everything you can think of. The cocktail selection is limited, but they’ll put together something for you if you ask. And they have bottled wine. A bit of a raucous atmosphere with a few games on the side but large space so it’s not too terribly loud. Older furnishings could use an update but it has “lived in” charm. Also I learned that tips are not required but still appreciated, and these guys put in the effort. Gotta say I’m glad to see more spots moving away from tip culture, but the prices here were low enough I still tipped.

Awesome beer selection — not just quantity, but unique choices. The bartender was very knowledgeable about beer. We stopped in on a July afternoon, so doors were open for fresh air. Very cool atmosphere.
