I’m so excited to have a place like this in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, the staff and management are all extremely friendly and the food is right on point. And the pie!! I’ve had 3 types now, apple, choco coconut cream and pb pie. All made in house, and all absolutely incredible!! If you go, make SURE to get some pie (to-go, if you dont have the room to it in there). Have only tried the breakfast menu so far and it’s been great. I also really enjoy their drip coffee too, it’s smooth and has nice chocolate notes to it. Looking forward to giving the lunch menu a try down the line! So great to have this gem as part of our community!

My new favorite spot for breakfast/brunch. The coffee is great and I got both the eggs Benedict & the French toast (I went with an appetite). I wish I had a picture of the eggs Benedict because it’s the best I’ve had in years, and the French toast was also amazing.
The service is great; I came in around 10:30 on a Saturday. It wasn’t super busy when I got there but filled in by the time I left. Food came out fast, perfect, and delicious. The server was awesome and super personable, and the atmosphere/decor is great. And the prices were so reasonable, especially for the quality.
Love to see a spot like this in mount Oliver!

I’m always appreciative of a memorable vegetarian meal. The 3 of us did well with the half McKees Rocks pizza, carrot beet tartare (with lettuce leaves), anarcini with delicata squash sauce, and seared butternut squash. All delicious to us. The pizza is different than I have had elsewhere – thick, airy crust with hard cheese and plentiful, spicy sauce. We were all a fan.
We were the first ones in after it opened and service was good and thoughtful. Some may consider it pricey,, but i find the experience worth it. The entrance is a bit cryptic – know the logo or address as you arrive

Great food and even better atmosphere, I’ve been to many different breakfast restaurants over the years and this is by far the best breakfast I’ve had.

Funny how some of the reviewers were slamming this place before it even opened! I had a great time there this week. This is a unique dining experience all the way around. Friendly staff, great service and amazing wines that you will not find elsewhere in the Burgh. The $30 pizza will easily feed 4 people. The menu is interesting and diverse. I appreciated the vegan options. If you are a foodie, I encourage you to check this place out. I will be going back!

Went with friends right after a weekend of really good dining in New York. I was thrilled from the minute we walked in the door– really excellent selection of wines from everywhere even one from PA that I loved! Very nice ambiance, lovely staffing–and the food!! We could not make up our minds and ordered two fantastic salads, three second courses (the group could not decide if we loved the cauliflower or the squash more), and two pizzas (which is really not a fair noun to use–it is much more). This is a gift! I can’t wait to go back!!

The staff is so warm and welcoming. The wine list Meg has assembled is just lovely—really great wines at really every price-point. I’ve enjoyed every wine I’ve tried.
Same with the food—I’m a big fan of every item I’ve tried. Vegetables are treated very well at Mount Oliver Bodega—my personal favorite: the McKee’s Rocks Red pie, and the Warm Mushrooms. Such a wonderful pairing! Especially with the brighter red wine. Nice recommendation Julia!!!

We finally tried MOB this weekend and were not disappointed. The portions are really generous, you can get pizza by the slice, the half or the whole, and everything was really tasty. We went with group and were able to order several plates to try and share and were not disappointed with a single one. We were a mix of vegan and non, and even the non-vegan folks raved about the rigatoni, fagiole, and the pizza. Excited that there is a good pizza place/restaurant in the neighborhood.
