I contacted The Fiesta Wagon about catering my daughter’s birthday party. Being only a week away, I wasn’t sure if they would be able to fit me in. I spoke to the owner and requested a taco bar set up for around 15-20 people, and boy did they deliver! The steak and chicken tacos were so tender! The queso…chefs kiss! I really appreciated the fresh, chopped toppings to adorn the meal. We also ordered street corn and charro beans-so authentic and delicious. I can’t wait to order for our next occasion. I’ll be on the lookout for their truck at the next festival I attend, no doubt!

Aside from the high prices (I assume because of the public event they were at), the food was a 2/10. The elote had a ton of lime and for $10 was not worth the money. The 4 steak tacos for $18 was also not good. The steak was hard and dry. Despite waiting 10 minutes for mine to be made. It was cold. The flavor that it had came from the onions. The chicken on the stick was also $10 and had 4 pieces of chicken on it.

This weekend I had the pleasure of attending a sampling party held by “The Fiesta Wagon” crew with some favorite menu items and some new items they are looking to add to the menu. This was the 1st time I had tried their food and have always heard great things about them. Their food is outstanding and I will definitely be returning multiple times. The food and the service were both on point. I cannot recommend them enough to someone looking for a catering or a food truck company for any kind of event, big or small they can handle them all according to the owners. Anyone who thinks their food isn’t good, obviously doesn’t have good taste!!!!

I was introduced to this food truck after the St. Jude marathon by Ree-Ree Sanders. I believe it was a mixture of my hungriness and curiosity that drew me try this delicacy. I ordered three supreme chicken tacos and I wish I could have ordered three more. I swallowed those tacos before I made it home. I will definitely look for them in the future. Thanks for the recommendation Ree-Ree.

Wow, I had no idea how good my meal was going to be when I had tacos here. I was starving and the Fiesta Wagon did not disappoint! The funnel fries and chicken bacon ranch quesadilla are amazing too! Very friendly staff and beautiful presentation on the plate!

The food is delicious. I don’t think I’ve had anything I didn’t like. I really love their CBR line and their steak street tacos. They are very family oriented and can make just about anything if you ask them.
