Wait and service was ridiculous. We were there for 2 hours. 3 of the immediate tables around that arrived 20 to 40 minutes after us had their appetizers before we had ours. They brought beer cheese out 30 minutes before the fries came out. 2 of the tables by us got their entrees, paid, and left before we got our entrees. When we asked the manager where our food was they kept sending the waitress to tell us it was coming up soon, which was another 30 minutes later. After we had confronted about the appetizers we were only waited on to bring the entree and checks. Manager kept disappearing and giving vague answers as the tables around us were given their meals .

The food is pretty good, I think the table fries, milkshakes, PRETZELS and atmosphere is what really steals the show. However the prices can be a little steep. Overall, good but I feel like it can be a little overhyped.

Took my son here on our visit to State College and I must say it was an excellent choice. We had table fries and burgers. They were both great. We left stuffed and happy. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We had a great time. Can’t wait to introduce the rest of my family.

So sad we don’t live close to something this amazing… photos say it all. No wonder 5☆ and always a wait. Service, atmosphere and food were as close to perfect as any dining experience ever. Wish we could have tried more than 2 apps, 3 entrees and two kids meals. 5 adult beverages = all for $118. And the milkshakes

Burgers were very good, service can definitely use some work. Don’t plan to be anywhere after your meal, it took us 2 hours for meal with wait time for everything but the fries.
