I’ve been a matcha lover for over 7 years, and they need to improve the quality of their matcha! I’m giving it 3 stars because the blueberry muffin was delicious, but the matcha is definitely not worth it.

Went in on a Saturday and only two people working, which okay- maybe someone called out. Ended up waiting 20 minutes for a hot latte, and when I got it, it tasted like straight steamed milk. Either they only pulled a single shot for a large latte, or their espresso quality is just terrible. Fast forward to a week later, I had my kids with me and liked the convenience of the drive- thru, so decided to give them another shot and ordered a different drink. After ordering my drink, which came to almost $7, I asked for a cup of water. The associate rudely said “we have bottles of water.” I said “no thanks, I just wanted a small cup of iced water please.” So she leaves to talk to another associate and comes back and says. “It’ll be $2 for a cup of water.” What?! You mean you’re that cheap that you charge $2 for a cup of tap water for a paying customer? Based on principle alone, I cancelled my drink order, left, and went to another nearby coffee shop. Mind you, this place has no business running a drive- thru. The parking lot is not large enough, so there are several spots where you will get blocked in if cars are in the drive- thru, and they just never have enough staff to handle both in- cafe and drive- thru orders, so even with one car ahead of you, you’ll end up waiting a good 15-20 minutes in the drive- thru line. With Twin Valley and Evergreen right down the road with better quality coffee and waaayy better service, it’s clear this place banks on atmosphere and the hope of an efficient drive- thru alone. I’ll drive right past this one and go elsewhere.

My friends and I visit every month to meet for coffee. Today was overwhelmingly busy, no parking spots available—so I totally anticipated that my drink would take awhile, no problem. However, after a friend and I checked for our drink order multiple times, we learned that one drink was given to the wrong person and mine was thrown out because “I did not pick it up quick enough”. I can get over that, however the manger was rude to my friend and told her “she could leave”.That is not how you keep a customer.

I was really looking forward to visiting based on the reviews and atmosphere. The location is nice, and the staff were generally friendly, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, my experience didn’t quite meet expectations. My iced matcha had a lot of clumps and I ended up tossing it after a few sips. I also ordered the peaches & cream croissant but it was lacking flavor and the peach filling.

Accidentally, I found this place and like its interior and outside decorations. Inside, it was a little bit noisy with people’s conversations, but I considered this is good noises and even making feel home.
However, my cappuccino taste was surprisingly disappointing.

What I Loved:
1) vibe, decorations and open floor plan
2) amount of space each table has was fantastic (and I live they have tables with cards that say for 3 or more
4) coffee and pastries were awesome
Wishes:
1) some way other than a bin, for me to get rid of my dirty dishes. If I’m placing my dishes in a dirty bin with other peoples dishes, what am I providing a tip for?
2) food options outside of pastries. A salad or something else that is healthier with some protein
Outside of those two wishes, it was a great experience. I spent about half a day there working.

Horrible service. Disorganized and the folks working there are miserable. My book club is moving to a new location.
I don’t give out one stars lightly, check my reviews, this may be the first one. One of my friends received Jill’s order (she’s not Jill. No one in our group is Jill). Both me myself and another friend had our drinks taken by other customers (that’s what was told to us at least by the staff, it seemed to be the default answer). It was a real issue getting a replacement, I talked to two different baristas over a ten minute period. Finally got it after having a very unpleasant conversation with the manager, which culminated with me getting my drink (yay!) and being told I could leave if not happy (fine).
Two discussions and an argument seems like a lot of work for a latte.

I heard a lot about The Farmhouse’s donuts. I’ve gone three times this year, and I have to be honest, the drivethru experience is HORRENDOUS. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s easily a 30+ minute wait. I watch people sit there for 20+ minutes and then just leave. I have never seen a place so unbelievably slow with a drive thru. I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke, that’s why I returned two more times, and it was the same all three visits. The donuts are good (not 30 minutes wait good), and they are expensive. They were out of several advertised flavors by the time I got there – so I wasn’t even arriving at peak breakfast hours or anything. If these donuts showed up at my office, I would happily eat them. But I won’t sit in that line again. And pulling around the blind corner is not an enjoyable experience.

Delicious freshly baked goods with ranging from hot flaky breakfast croissants to scones, fruit pastries & homemade donuts with fun toppings. Coffee drinks are above average — but a little pricey for the size. Comfortable seating with high ceilings and plenty of light. There is a drive-up window also – but be prepared to wait on weekends. NOTE: I amended this review down to 4 stars, because my last 2 visits the staff were grumpy as hell, and took it out on the customers, including me. Take note ownership — teach your young staff how to be courteous to customers and not snap at them or use sarcasm. Manners are still a thing in 2021 — thanks!

Really enjoyable experience. The employees were a 6/10 for customer service. Other than that, their baked goods were yummy and they had plenty of coffee and other drink flavors. I’d recommend stopping by if you get off or on at the Downingtown Amtrak stop, if you have extra time. Prices were fair. It was quite loud on a Sunday morning around 9.
