Stopped in this morning at 10:55, was asked if we wanted breakfast or lunch as breakfast stops at 11:00, had no problem getting breakfast.
Everything was great, food tasted great, service was great, we had not been there in years, but will definitely start going more often.
Big portions, country ham was a big slice, hash browns and eggs were done exactly how I asked for them.
Price was also very good, as was our waitress.

I have been going to Farmers Kitchen since 2011 when we moved here. It has always felt like home. Great food and the wait staff was kind and friendly. They have new wait staff that leaves a lot to be desired. Not kind. Not helpful. I use a cane and walk slow and carefully. My last time there the waitress refused to take my payment at the table. Some used to do this so I didnt have to walk to counter and stand waiting to pay. Very thoughtful. One waitress there now absolutely rude and refused to take my payment at the table. I left no tip and have not been back since. Whoever is hiring staff should be a bit more diligent…

This place use to be my go-to most mornings. Food was always good, with a great price point. What I seen this morning is just unacceptable. The walking health code violation,(cook in the back) used their jeans like a rag in between touching my bread, and cheese and even added a couple face wipes and a head scratch in there. No gloves in sight I might add. 12/19/25 – 8AM Farmers kitchen, I use to enjoy you guys, I hope you fix this immediately.

Very tasty, huge pancakes! The prices are fantastic. We ordered 2 pancakes ( 1 would have fed the 2 of us) and grits, then a combination plate with an egg, thick fried baloney, hash browns and biscuit, with two coffees all four $13! We will definitely be back. I think the only thing that we didn’t like, and it was not a big issue, was the wait for the food. It was about 30 minutes. Now, when we sat down, so did about 4 other tables. This may have been a one-off thing, but either way, we will go back.

The girl was rude on the phone. She was rude when I picked up the food and they only do biscuits and gravy on Saturdays And the biscuits were dry and hard, and there was barely any gravy and the Scrambled eggs I ordered was an omelette that was burnt. Please bring back sisters restaurant home of the fluffy biscuit and the perfectly cooked egg.

The Farmer’s Kitchen was a quaint little country style cooking restaurant that we ran into while visiting an antique shop.
The staff was real friendly and prompt with their greeting. The food was some tasty country home style cooking that did deserved the setting of the buffalo plaid/checkered tablecloth it was served on.
We both finished our plates and I’d give the nod of approval to anyone thinking to try it out. I’d definitely go back again.

Wonderful place! Went with my son and got 2 piece catfish and him the Angie’s burger for $22 best deal anywhere. Catfish was fried to perfection!

This is one of my favorite eating places in Bunn. It has that down home atmosphere and it’s genuine country cooking superb. This prices are great and I love the staff. Great place to go!!

i’m not sure what her name is but the lady with the short hair who’s always working the front is doing everything !! she is awesome she’s waiting ALL the tables cleaning tables checking people out and taking to go orders i hope she gets the recognition she deserves she’s a hard worker that’s for sure!! food is always good as-well such a nice little place to eat.
