Very friendly and helpful staff, Food was really good, prices are ok.
I would like the side portions to be bigger. But the rack of ribs is great. The fried okra and sweet mash were really good. The banana and oreo pudding is ok. They are now charging a 3% charge for using a credit/debit card.

Great little BBQ place convenient to Lake Hartwell. Steaks & burgers also available. I had pulled pork sandwich with mac-n-cheese. The meat was very tender & delicious. Three sauces to choose from. The mustard based is pretty sweet. The mild is a solid Southern style. There is also a spicy red. Another of my party had the brisket, which was reportedly excellent as well. Fried okra was very fresh. We had our dog with us & were allowed to have her in the patio seating. They also have corn hole & other yard games.

This place is awesome. The food was great. The cooks/chefs does one heck of a job. Our server (Hunter) was awesome. The Hostess was great, do not remember her name though. All the staff that we interacted was great. If you want a great meal, deal with great staff, this is the place to go.

Went for the first time on Sunday I wanted a turkey leg but it’s chopped turkey it was good though,the dressing was good The sweet potato crunch is great, I like the collards and the macaroni and cheese My company did not care for the ribs, the iced tea was very weak but they said they were going to work on that, the meatloaf was salty I don’t really recommend it The green beans had sugar in them lots . .. The atmosphere is very good.

Great food and relaxed atmosphere! The brisket was tender and salty, the sweet potato casserole was sweet and smooth, and the banana pudding was excellent!

Just found out they had a meat and 3 on Sundays . . . . So far I’ve tried the brisket sliders the sides and the potato skins and nothing has disappointed. Yall go check them out if you’re around 187 south anytime

First time eating from here & we ordered online to pickup. Fast service, nice people & nice environment. The BBQ was delicious, however the sauce just wasn’t for us (not bad though). The sweet potato crunch, potato salad & banana pudding were good but the baked beans were a little stronger than we like (again not bad though). Pricing is a little on the high side for the portion size you get, but the portions were enough to fill us up. We will definitely be eating from here again.

We were just passing through town and this was one of the only places open this early on a Sunday and we were blown away.
Party of 10 seated right away. Our server was so kind and patient with us and the owner/grill master came by before and after the meal to check in. Service was 10/10 but the food was 20/10. The meats were juicy and flavorful but the sides were the best part of the meal. Every side was better than the last.
We had never been to Anderson before this weekend and now we refer to it as “That place with the really great BBQ.”
