The new owner Greg is an absolute stud, he loves this place as much as we do. The gin drinks are out of this world, and the fillet was spectacular. My wife has the bouillabaisse, insanely good. We have had the short ribs, and try the patte jam….come on, it is a foodie dream, we ate it with a spoon. The charcuterie, the fingerlings…. It is ALL delicious. Thank you Greg, your staff is beautiful, the atmosphere is a vibe….and Inky Bob is the cherry on top.

Brought my boyfriend here for Valentine’s Day. Love the atmosphere. Very intimate, and being in a historic house is always neat.

Service was great, and the staff were very friendly. The food was pretty great as well. I had the Fillet Mignon (which was good) but my boyfriend a lasagna was VERY good. We also ordered the fingerling potatoes and the carrots which we both enjoyed.

Parking is sorta a nightmare though. We had to park .2 miles a way in a paid parking lot which costed us $33. Worth for the experience over all though.

What a nice little spot. The atmosphere is so relaxing and homey. There is a beautiful outdoor area and inside is unique as well. The staff were friendly and helpful.

5 Stars
We have been to many steakhouses and this was the most well cooked steak we have had. From the sear, to the sauce, and the perfect cook, it was delicious.
The Green Beans were so fresh and had a great but subtle crunch. The garlic and bacon worked perfectly.
What a fantastic Tiramisu. So light and amazing flavors. I loved the blueberries as it added a freshness and another layer of flavors.
The dates were cooked perfectly. Great balance of flavor and a delicious sauce.
The Le Mac was one of the best Macs we have had at any restaurant. It wasn’t too heavy and was a perfect amount of creamy.
The Knickerbocker drink was absolutely amazing. The raspberry puree really shined through.
The Espresso Martini was a perfect after dinner drink. Very well balanced.
The Rosemary Lemon Drop was delicious. The addition of the rosemary took this to another level.

4 Stars – The pork belly had great flavor! I just prefer my pork belly crispy. If they would broil these for 1-2 minutes it would be amazing!
The fingerling potatoes were very well seasoned and yummy. Again, we prefer them a little more crispy.
The Sweet Potatoes were simplistic and simple. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked.
The asparagus was fresh and for as large as they were, held together well and weren’t flimsy. They were a little lacking in seasoning but overall good.

We will definitely be back to try the short ribs and sea bass!

4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back.
5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!

Our visit to The Farish House was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the gate, we were transported from the bustling streets of Phoenix into a serene, beautifully curated oasis. My partner loved his choice of the perfectly cooked filet mignon while I enjoyed the amazing duck confit cassoulet. Whether you’re looking for a unique spot for brunch with friends, a romantic dinner under the lights, or simply a fantastic cocktail in a beautiful setting, The Farish House delivers on every front. It’s a testament to Phoenix’s vibrant dining scene, blending history, atmosphere, and outstanding culinary talent seamlessly.

What a charming restaurant. I love how they kept the rooms divided, as it was in the 1920’s. The parlor was darling and the dining room was perfect for an intimate dinner. The decor took me back to a bygone era.
The service was fantastic. We shared the dates, which were delicious, just needed a touch of salt or citrus to balance the dish better. I ordered the filet. Perfectly cooked—medium rare. But, the sauce was on the sweet side and really needed an acid to even it out. I did ask for salt and pepper for the entree which helped. But, not enough. I’d rather have it without the sauce next time. Maybe with a side of raw horseradish. The fingerling potatoes were perfectly cooked as was the asparagus. I’ll definitely come here again.

We were looking for some fun and unique place to take my daughter for her birthday, and this place was perfect! The setting and atmosphere of this place can’t be beat, right in the heart of downtown nestled amongst skyscrapers sits this old historic house. The service was great and the food was absolutely delicious. We started with some cocktails, which they have quite an extensive list of. Then we ordered the bacon wrapped, chorizo stuffed dates; to die for!! I ordered the braised short ribs and both my wife and daughter ordered the sea bass. All were tender and delicious! Finally we capped off the evening with the tiramisu, yum!

Pricey, but very good. It is in a very old house remade into a restaurant, and it is very cute and small. The date appetizer we could have skipped, but the carrot salad with beets was amazing, we just wanted a little bit more cheese. The cherry duck on a bed of parsnips with asparagus was fantastic. Cherries balanced the flavors well, not too sweet. Short ribs were also super rich and delicious with mashed potatoes.

Excellent meal. I arrived kind of early, killing time before a show. Had a pretty good old fashioned (though it was made with rye whiskey, not bourbon the way god intended lol). Had the lasagna- it was really good! Portion size was just right and then dessert: tiramisu! I’m picky about tiramisu and, that said, this was one of the best ones I’ve had. They put a little twist on it by topping it with half-a-dozen blueberries— just enough to add some flavor without taking away from the flavor of the dish itself! I recommend checking this place out if you’re in Phoenix!

Afternoon tea was lovely! I brought my soon to be daughter in law and it was the first time for both of us. The three courses were delicious, ranging from tarts to sandwiches, then scones where I will be dreaming of the maple scone for weeks to come, and then desserts. We were both full and happy. You get your own pot of tea and can choose from a large selection. We added champagne to amp up our celebration. The atmosphere is serene and happy and the staff does not rush you and are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend Tea at the Farish House for a group of friends, or a small gathering with your mom, friends, or significant other. I can’t wait to come back!
