I got the Ruben with extra cheese. It came with fries and coleslaw, but I substituted the fries for mashed potatoes. The Ruben had corned beef and there was a perfect amount of dressing and sauerkraut on the sandwhich. Also the meat thinly sliced and stacked with a generous portion. The mashed potatoes were pretty good, added salt and pepper. Overall tasty sandwhich. As for the burger I was told it was good, and that the fries were perfect! Should have come for earlier dinner for a better view, but it was still nice!

Our waiter was attentive and friendly.

We stopped in early on Sunday for dinner. The place was quiet, but that worked in our favour, because we got a great river view seat! Angel was a great server, a perfect blend of professional and friendly. The food was great! I haven’t had a really good pierogi in a very long time and hubby loved his burger.

It was our second year visiting here to celebrate our anniversary. Stephanie was our server and she was phenomenal (pretty sure she served us last year as well and we had a great experience). The short braised ribs and salmon were delicious, as well as the apple dessert. Sad they got rid of the homemade pierogis that we had last year, but the ones they replaced them with were still good. Overall this is a hidden gem that we love visiting- see you next year when we celebrate anniversary #11!

I took my granddaughter for an early birthday dinner…she picked for view, reviews, and menu. The view amazing and food delicious, but limited menu…no calamari as mentioned on line. No dessert menu or even offered when a birthday card was on table. My granddaughter’s fork was dirty. Adrian was great when seating us…great personality! He was not our server unfortunately.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday with sunday brunch and our
Extended family. All was perfect – originally planned to go to the grand concourse – but wouldn’t add one person to our reservation! Called the Factory and all was great. Actually happy for the change! Beautiful, service (matt) was outstanding and not rushed to move on – wonderful day! Thank you!!

My husband and I had never eaten at the Factory before, and decided to celebrate our anniversary there…
So many nice people work there, including our bartender, who took care of us during our brief wait.
We had a great table, and the view was absolutely stunning!
I cannot say enough about the SERVICE!
Our server, Stephanie, was AWESOME!!!
She was so helpful, navigating us through the menu, and was SUPER ATTENTIVE.
We adored her.
I ordered the NY Strip, and my husband ordered the Amish Roasted Chicken. OMG! Those dinners were by far, one of the THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD.
The delicious food, amazing service, and attention to detail, will most definitely bring us back again.
(Although, I did jokingly say to my husband, that we should come back tomorrow for lunch… lol )

I ordered the crab cake meal and I must say, they were better than the crab cakes I’ve ordered in Maryland. They were filled with lump crab meat and barely any filler. Delicious. My friend got Red wine braised short rib and also was impressed. Our server Matt was phenomenal. He explained the menu, was friendly and just great service all the way around. The restaurant is located inside the Sheraton Hotel in Station Square and was classy, clean, and inviting. I’ll definitely return!

This is a great restaurant with a river view. We had breakfast every morning during our stay and both the food and the amazing service from the lovely Betina made it a memorable experience and something to look forward to every morning. Buffet breakfast option at weekends and a la carte during the week. Lunch and dinner menus available of course but we haven’t tried those. If they are as good as the breakfasts you can’t go wrong.

I’m sorry to say our brunch experience here was very disappointing. The staff seemed incredibly unprepared, overwhelmed and not sufficiently supported. The Factory was not very busy during our visit, but the Sheraton hotel was. There was a packed lobby, a dance competition and a conference all adjacent to The Factory. It seemed like we arrived shortly after a huge rush of business. There also appeared to be literally just one woman waiting on everyone and every single table. However, these reasons alone are not enough to justify a poor experience.
Staff attentiveness was just not enough. And I don’t just mean our waitress, who I want to recognize (Betina) was trying her very best, but the hostess was incredibly inattentive and unprofessional. There’s just no excuse for the flippant way she greeted us and seated us at an undressed table missing three out of the four chairs… She haphazardly retrieved two additional chairs for our party of three but never bothered to get us water glasses and place settings.
The food was good enough, but nothing special. I could have made the same dishes the same way at home. My brioche French toast wasn’t prepared as described. It wasn’t served with sugared berries and walnuts. I didn’t taste orange in the batter that the toast was dredged in. It’s unfortunate when there is absolutely no effort made to make a dish stand out or to be special. It’s menu description was completely ignored and disregarded.
This may not have been the best time to visit The Factory but if this is what happens when the staff is under pressure I won’t be back. There just wasn’t enough effort to redeem any mistakes. I’m sure The Factory is just good enough for out of town travelers but it’s certainly not worth a visit for the meal for the locals.
