Food was good burgers seemed to be charbroiled with good flavor. Appetizer plate mushrooms, cheese curds and Mac and cheese bites were good bites a little to crispy for me and knowing my burger had them to I asked for them to not be as crispy and they delivered. Was very clean and wait staff was very good. Will definitely be eating there again!!!!

I brought my sister here for her 21st birthday and the experience was less than pleasant. We came in around lunchtime on a Friday and there was only a couple other tables in use. We sat down and waited quite a while to finally get menus. When my sister went to order a cocktail and showed them her ID they said they don’t accept vertical IDs and wouldn’t serve her even though she just turned 21 and hasn’t had any time to get a new one. Then it took an ungodly amount of time to get our nachos and wings for there being noone else in the building waiting for their food. By the time we finally got our food it was not super warm and the brisket on the nachos had hardly any flavor. By the time we finished there was noone else in the building and we sat there for probably 10 minutes listening to our waitress Kayla K, and her colleague chatter behind us. When we finally got the checks it look even longer for them to bring the card reader over just to slap it on the table, tell us to follow the directions, and walk away. And that’s the last we saw of the waitress. Very unprofessional and a very disappointing experience.

The place was busy on arrival. Even with it being busy, the server was quick to get us the menu and drink order. Came back and took our food order, outstanding service. Both burgers we ordered cooked right and tasted good. Also ordered, Boneless wings, those were bigger than most places. Ordered mild and peach fire for sauces. Both were really flavorful. We enjoyed the evening, service, and food.

I am writing to share a very disappointing experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your restaurant.

Our party consisted of four adults and two toddlers. From the start, service was extremely slow. The wait for a third beer refill was so long that I eventually had to walk to the bar to request it myself. It then took approximately 20 minutes for our food order to be taken, followed by nearly an hour before the food arrived.

When the meals finally came out, most of the food was only warm and nearly cold. Two of the side dishes from different plates were burned. More concerning, I found a hair in my toddler’s quesadilla and four feathers in a wing from another plate. This is completely unacceptable, especially when serving children.

Our waitress was not rude, but her attitude felt dismissive and unprofessional, which only added to the poor experience.

We chose your restaurant expecting quality food and service, especially while dining with toddlers. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below those expectations. I hope management will review this matter seriously and take steps to ensure this does not happen to other families.

So happy we found this spot on a Monday night! Service was prompt, the food was absolutely delicious (can’t recommend the ribeye sandwich enough), and we had a great time at dinner. Would recommend to anyone passing through!

Huge menu with enough variety to satisfy just about anyone with some sort of sandwich!

usually love coming here. went on a tuesday night, waited about 20 min for someone to come take our order. food was great as always. but we then waited another 30 min for a check that never arrived to our table. we went up to the bar to pay and all the people behind the bar ignored us and we weren’t too upset until then. would give 0 stars for service if i could

Went for a birthday party. Had a pulled pork sandwich. I have had better for sure. Waitress was slow, busy eating her dinner. They also charge 20% tip with groups of 8 or more. I don’t agree with that. A wait person knows that and can give scrappy service.

Three of us stopped in for a late lunch. We got EXCELLENT service from the bartender. I got the toasted ravioli, my comrades had a burger and the pulled pork sammich. All very good. Tip? Ask for a tiny bit extra BBQ sauce with pulled pork and extra marinara for the ravioli.

So I usually eat in. Out of my few times eating in, everything is great. I have received good service, good food, and that’s the most important experience to me. I’m not a bar kind of girl. So for that reason I’m not going to give 5 stars for atmosphere. I don’t like listening to the TVs competing with music and people talking. I go to places for the food not to watch sports.

I ordered take out and when I got there I was surprised to be given a 20 min time for my food when it was dead in there for tables and almost 9pm. So my food was soggy and not that warm. Whatever I’ll air fry it when I get home. My crispy fries are on a different level than most people. I ordered a mushroom & swiss burger with an appetizer of fried mushrooms. I got home and air fried my food. I found something weird colored on my mushrooms. It was blue. Mmm??? So I took a picture and peeled it off my mushrooms to look closer. It was part of the rubber gloves. Ewww

I call up the restaurant to tell them about this. The girl on the phone had a long pause and asked “What do you want me to do about it?” I asked “Well what can you do.” She says “Well the kitchen is closed so that’s not an option.” I said “Okay then what can you do about this.” She says “Well that’s why I asked what do you want me to do about it.” She repeated the kitchen was closed and said I could get them tomorrow sometime, but not tonight. And that’s probably not when I want them. I said “You are correct I wanted them tonight.” “Can you just give me a refund then?” She said yeah.

Now I used to work in that line of business. There are certain words and phrases you don’t say. Not only was I upset she asked me that question like I shouldn’t be complaining, but I was upset she didn’t sound caring. Now had she said, “I’m so sorry that you experienced this, but at this time we can’t remake any food due to the kitchen being closed. I can refund your money or you can come in tomorrow and we will remake the mushrooms for you, I would have not only felt that the company cared about me, but that this was going to be addressed with the cook. When gloves start having a tear to where your finger is showing, you know it. You change them. If you didn’t know, you would feel it once you started sticking your fingers in the batter and feeling the batter on your skin. You don’t let it get worse to where someone finds rubber gloves in their food.

Now based off this experience alone, I would have given 1 star across the board. But because eating in is a different experience, I just dropped my stars down. I am thankful I was given a refund. I’m disappointed I couldn’t eat my appetizer. I now don’t trust rubber wasn’t stuck in more breading with the bunches of mushrooms stuck together.

I’m not going to say don’t go there. I will say keep an eye out on your food regardless. Cooks should know better. Young people should be taught how to take issues when they call up the business. I wasn’t just a complaint. I have rubber fried in my food. That’s an issue. Just like when you find hair in your food. You never say what do you want me to do about it. I get it’s a bar that serves food. That doesn’t mean it should be a less professional place.

Went here for take out lunch. Great service. Pulled up and our food was immediately brought to our vehicle. Loved the burger menu! If you want a good burger, this is a great place. Cheese curds were also very tasty.
