10/10 if you like waffles, you should try this place.
We got multiple halves to share because we couldn’t decide and they were all awesome. The gravy on the southern charm was delicious. The bacon went smashingly with the peanut butter and banana on the curious george. The lemon cream cheese paired beautifully with the blackberry on Gigi’s main squeeze.
The pink drink was a refreshing strawberry.
Definitely recommend them all. My friend says she had never had anything bad here.

The drinks, people, and store was amazing. The food however has no flavor at all, I don’t think there was a pinch of salt or seasoning to anything. I think if they fixed that it would be spectacular! No hate to any of them just my opinion:)

Very nice small restaurant hidden in the center of Lexington, N.C.. They specialize in belgium waffles and gourmet coffee. The place is very clean, quiet, and easy to access. They have a large variety of waffle choices as well as coffee. They were shorthanded and internet was down during our visit but still got our order and food in a reasonable amount of time.

This was our first time eating at The Factory. I am not exaggerating when I say this was the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. I got the Carolina Sunrise which is a bacon egg and cheese in between two waffle buns. I added Texas Pete and it was incredible. The coffee was great, the service was fast, the food was of the highest quality and overall the vibe in The Factory is chill, welcoming, and cozy. We are looking forward to becoming regulars at The Factory!!!

The coffee was delicious! I ordered a Queen Bee Iced Latte, and it was so good, I will be going back for another soon. My sister got an iced caramel macchiato which I also tasted, and the coffee flavors came through with a sweet caramel boost.
The only reason this isn’t a five star review is because of the Belgian waffles. My niece ordered a chocolate chip waffle and the flavor was okay. They forgot the whipped cream, not a big deal since she didn’t need all the extra sugar anyways. However halfway through the waffle she was crying and panicking. She thought she’d broken her tooth which she recently got work done on, she’s only five years old and this incident scared her so much that she didn’t want to finish the waffle or her smoothie. I took the waffles in and the cashier was kind, and reassured me that the hard substance in it was sugar pearls. Even so, don’t order these particular waffles unless you’re aware they have hard, sharp white sugar rocks inside them. They were NOT pearl shaped and at first we thought it was some type of plastic at first that got blended in.

I stopped in for a Carmel Frappe and some breakfast, both was so good. I finished that frappe off before I knew it. They fix the food and drinks when you order, so everything is so yummy. The staff are nice and there is plenty of parking and tables inside to sit down and enjoy what you ordered. Wheelchair can roll right up to table, kid friendly, lots of drink and food options to choose from, vegan options.
