food used to be good when they first opened. now they have a bunch of little kids running the place. today I ordered a side of scrambled eggs and they served it to me in a cream cheese container? when they tried to give it to me the bottom of the plastic was all melted. I told them I didn’t want it & the girl walked away and started making me an egg sandwich? the hero we got was horrible. bagel was hard. i’d go to go to another bagel place.

Ordered the stuffed BEC with an everything bagel and scallion cream cheese. Perfect size to split between two, reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. Bagel quality is great at this spot – not chewy, not hard, good flavor. The inside has a nice seating area and it’s really clean. The staff are extremely friendly and service was quick!

The bagel with cream cheese and jelly was good but what I really wanted was an egg sandwich. I couldn’t get myself to order it when I saw a sign about an egg surcharge of $1 (per customer). This is highway robbery – for every six customers, they cover the cost of a dozen eggs, which is above retail price right now. This is a business so they are not even paying retail for eggs. This is without consideration that even without the surcharge, customers are already paying for the eggs!

Anytime I’ve gotten breakfast sandwiches from here its always been made correctly and would be ready on time. I also enjoy there yogurts, puddings and fresh fruit they put out. I do have to echo the other reviews here as far as some of the counter people cause depending on who helps you, you may be served with attitude. Not every experience was like this for me, but at least enough where its noticeable.

Today was my first time here. I was shocked at how cheap the prices were and then I tried the food. Listen I grew up in NYC and have ate a 1,000 bacon egg and cheeses in my life. This was the absolute best bacon and cheese I have ever tasted. THIS PLACE IS ELITE!

Good food, great price but staff is so rude. I get it’s busy, isn’t that the point of opening up a new business. Management or owner needs to talk to them. Phone is off hook all the time – just so they don’t have to take orders !! So if they don’t want the business I’ll take my business somewhere else. Today was the last chance. And once again the girl with the tattoo on her neck was a ball of rudeness this morning. I don’t want to start my morning like that.

If you have allergies Or food sensitivities,I would not recommend you going to this bagel store!Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Will never go back! Asked for an egg white omelette with spinach, onions and turkey, please make sure there’s no dairy. He said he would make sure with the chef before making my omelette. The employee came back and Rudely responded. “You’re asking me to make you a Dairy free egg omelette when eggs are dairy!? Tried explaining and was told again they are dairy. I canceled the omelette because obviously they weren’t getting the fact that eggs are not from a cow! Asked for tuna, instead. Tried to clarify with another employee that eggs are not dairy. Can you please let your employees know that? She then insisted that eggs were dairy as well. And says to me “ I’m not gonna argue with you ma’am do you want the tuna or not ?” I walked away angrily To leave, I stop at the table to get my husband and the snide employee walked up to me with the bag dangling from his finger saying hey ma’am, I hope you know that the mayonnaise has dairy as well!!!! No, it doesn’t!!!! DO NOT GO TO EVERYTHING BAGEL IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!!!! They have no clue!!!!!

Server was impatient/rude and rushed the order when there was barely a line. I’d be fine with that if she got the order right but she gave us the wrong bagels for 2 out of 4 of them

I grew up in Rego Park and Forest Hills Queens NY, and I didn’t think you could match Queens level authentic bagels, but if you are in the Huntington or Dix Hills Long Island area, this is the spot you need to he going to!
